As per MNRE'S #RTS_PHASE-II Guidelines; the suggestive procedure mentions total 15 activities. Out of which, #consumer is responsible for 6 activities, #Discom is responsible for 9 activities and #empanelled_vendor is responsible for 2 activities which are also shared with Discom and consumer since empanelled vendor could not do anything on his own, consumer or Discom has to be in loop with him !!!
