As per MNRE'S #RTS_PHASE-II Guidelines; the suggestive procedure mentions total 15 activities. Out of which, #consumer is responsible for 6 activities, #Discom is responsible for 9 activities and #empanelled_vendor is responsible for 2 activities which are also shared with Discom and consumer since empanelled vendor could not do anything on his own, consumer or Discom has to be in loop with him !!! In short, empanelled vendor is just an #installer, facilitating the quality installation and O&M #Solar_Project.
