I think it might be time to retire the uniform

It started with “just a burger.” Then it became every day. Now I eat before work, get fed again on my lunch break, and still spend the rest of the day thinking about my next meal.

My belly is outgrowing my shirts. My buttons are hanging on for dear life. Every week I tell myself it’s the last time, but the drive thru always pulls me back in.

This isn’t just a cheat meal anymore, it’s become my routine. Addiction and binge eating have taken over my life.

McDonald’s. Every day. Every craving. Every excuse.

2021: Direct comparison to today. This was right after I finished school. I went to the gym at least 2 times a week and was preparing to go to college. My goal back then was to bulk up on some muscles because I was really skinny. Oh boy did I not know how big I would get haha

2022; this was just a few months into college. Stopped going to the gym and definitely started enjoying going to McDonalds everyday and put on the first few pounds. I absolutely did not foresee what consequences this will have.

2023: I moved into my first own flat and definitely enjoyed the freedom of nobody being around to judge how much fast food I ate and definitely started to like the weight I gained. I remember feeling huge in this pic already.

2025: There is almost a 50kg difference between the first and this pic. After some years of living alone and finishing my undergrad studies I can feel the effects of my love for food. I think it‘s safe to assume that college made me fat. Does this however still count as a freshman 15?

Some people get a glow-up after college, this guy got a blow-up instead. Man, he got massive! Look how tiny he used to be, a real cute twink. Now he doesn’t remind anyone of a twink anymore. He’s growing out of all his twink clothes and portion sizes are become bigger everyday, just like his clothing sizes. RIP twink, hello greedy piggy! I guess this twink’s funeral will consist of an all-you-can-eat buffet and litres of free cream. What happened, fatso?
