becoming too OC pilled will ruin your fandom experience forever. i have invented The Character who is perfectly tailored to my own tastes and not beholden to any writers or showrunners. and i can even make more of them if i want. but watch out.

The problem with having OCs is that sometimes you wanna read about your little guy being in situations but unfortunately he is YOUR little guy and no one is gonna put him in that situation but you. Tragic.

Sometimes having an OC is like "this character is an outlet for my insecurity and trauma" and sometimes it's like "this character is an outlet for my love of vampires :)". Sometimes it's both
