Gotta say a fun and unexpected outcome of ai is that I now live in a society that more and more cannot accept being wrong or failing. If you draw something ugly once you cant draw, just give up and use ai. It your first draft sucks then you cant write, just give up and use ai. Oh youre still being bad at something? Im never bad at anything (I just use ai)

Yeah i know im preaching to the choir here but worth mentioning that when people stay in the closet so does all of their pain and suffering. I could give a laundry list of things that I (even as a relatively privileged queer) have experienced but it might be easier to just say that queer people often suffer quietly. I kinda feel like people outside the community don't know the genuine danger we feel on a regular basis

Update- im still obsessed with the idea of humans being space brownies because we love more weird and i like the idea that humans are really good at adoptiong other species's technologies/equipment so what if humans largely worked as space's repair people? What if they werent uncommon but more extremely common and just sorta not taken note of? Nobody knows how EXACTLY their massive ancient space city/ship works but everyone knows that having those small squishy creatures that you sometimes see darting between the ship and the port around is good luck

Scenes that i would like to suggest-

Alien that is particularly kind to their tiny human being (leaving out offerings of human friendly foods and fabrics) gets mortally injured so their tiny human hacks into the system and boots up the med bay, saving their life

One idiot alien crew member crosses the ships human/humans and all hell breaks loose full evil brownie style, pins appear in their clothes, their hair (or alien equivalent) is cut in their sleep, the massive space beast is released in the middle of the night. Turns out its an awful idea to piss off the tiny creatures who can apparently access everywhere on your ship

An aliens escape pod lands on what is seemingly a ghost ship drifting deep in unexplored space but things rattle in the night, eyes flash in the dark and the ships engine is still fully functional and recycling power
