This wasn’t a hit. It was agreed that it was laudable and interesting re disability but the sexual content was challenging. (Yes this is the point). Personally I was intrigued at the young members’ sensibilities being just as challenged as those of the older.

This was a hit. I thought it was an interesting take on traditional crime but found the interconnected stories annoying (why not just write it?) It is Japanese and in March’s book pile there are no less than three Japanese books. I’ve just remembered that we read one of the cafe books by Toshikazu Kawaguchi (more interconnected stories) when I was going before. Japanese literature is very fashionable.
