001. TL;DR guidelines: This is a highly selective, multi-fandom, multi-verse, canon divergent, and mutually exclusive roleplay blog. I mostly portray Gil in the one hundred years between Oz's "death" and "rebirth". My Gil only has one hand, and has limited immortality. He can only be lethally hurt by "magical objects" (leaving it vague for cross-fandom).

Any weaponization of Gil's cat phobia aren't welcome here. This means intentionally exposing Gilbert to a cat as a joke, or as a means of manipulation. The "joke" was old years ago-- it's just psychological abuse, guys. This rule doesn't apply if your muse has a cat in their backstory, or as a pet, as long as harm is not intentional (aka your muse finds out Gil's afraid of them and then exposes him anyways, without consent).
My Gil is demi-sexual, so shipping won't be easy but will be worth it! He's the ultimate slowburn.
Please respect Gil's disability. He's extremely independent, and will often refuse help.
002. Following
I will unfollow people who don’t follow me (mutuals only). I will only interact with mutuals, as well.
I will only follow people who have their alias/name, and age displayed. Since I'm 21+, I will not interact with minors.
A part of creating a safe environment for myself is not tolerating any sort of vaguing or hate speech. I will softblock or block blogs that participate in call out/cancel culture excessively or unnecessarily.
Please have a tag system of some kind. Doesn't have to be fancy, just consistent <3
003. Pre-Established
I love pre-established relationships. I will always allow for pre-established content on this blog with some plotting. So please, feel free to hit me up with anything your heart desires. It's a lot of fun, and allows for opportunity to shake things up.
Gilbert himself might be a standoffish character, but I'm happy to bypass this part of his development for plotting purposes. OR we can lean into it! It's up to you, I'm open to most pre-established connections. The only one MIGHT be jumping straight into a romantic connection. Crushes ; one-sided crushes ; or even dating, is completely acceptable.
004. Triggers
Some potential triggers (death, war, violence, etc.) are due to the content of this anime/manga and the themes these characters explore. It will be tagged as usfw tw, and any triggers that apply : "trigger tw". Never hesitate to ask me to tag anything. <3
Gilbert is canonically an adult, so themes containing alcohol, drugs, smoking, sexual content (under read more) may be found on this blog.

This is a Multi-ship blog. However, romantic relationships normally takes an excess amount of plotting and in character interaction to achieve. Chemistry is important to me. If you're interested in shipping, let me know! I'm always open to plotting in a romantic direction, and seeing if it sticks.
