December will be a great month inshallah, I believe it! So far I have:

tested negative for covid (after 2 weeks 🦠) alhamdullillah

cleaned + disinfected my entire room - feels like a new start

went thru all my income + expenses for the last half of the year 🤧 (exhausting, productive and revealing 😬)

talked with my friend on the phone (she who is too busy to breathe).

little bro returned from trip

Tomorrow the plan is to add a pompom to a hat I knitted, make parchment envelopes to give out the dates my bro brought back from umrah, and maybe even go outside after 2 weeks -wipes tear- (outside pics are from last winter)

How do you call a place where you have plenty of space to sit, surrounded by food stalls? We call it market but must be a propper word in english for it. That's where I worked from today since it was a "work at home" day. Back to the office tomorrow.

Wednesday, the 14th of December

I didn't get enough rest but got up early anyways, had pancakes for breakfast and prepared some miso ramen to take with me. Every ingredient neatly stacked in a mason jar, the savoury broth in a huge thermos. I was quite satisfied with myself when I got ready in time and checked everything off my list. Today will be long and hopefully really nice. After university I'll be heading to another city to meet my friend and attend a winter ball. It's going to be an adventure.

Finished my exam yesterday! I’ve been pretty confident about it but now I’m starting to have doubts aaaaa

I hope everything went well!! I’ll just enjoy my free time for now and start studying next semester’s classes on my own little by little.

The snow has since melted and I don't feel like it's Christmas in a few days anymore, I'm more focused on my last final that's on the 6th of January now. I feel like I've given myself enough of a holiday the last two weeks it's time to get back to studying :')
