Nationals prep under 11 weeks to go
Its September the 6th today will be chest and shoulders plus cardio currently sitting at around 214lbs as of Sunday morning. For nationals in Miami we will be aiming to hit the light heavyweight class. As some people know around 4 weeks prior to the Charlotte Europa that was held July 9th&10th I sustained some sort of groin Injury, causing me not to train legs at all the last 4 weeks of prep. This caused my legs especially glutes to not be quite as sharp as they should a been. Yesterday was my 4th successful leg day in a row that I was able to complete with minimal groin issues. Hopefully I will be able to continue without injury till nationals were I will be fighting for my pro card. Feeling great this far out weight is starting to drop and getting leaner. One thing I am doing different is practicing vaccums and training abs and calves each at least 3 times per week. Now that I'm all moved Into my house I'm hoping this prep will run a good bit smoother. Still waiting for internet to be installed so I can start putting out content on YouTube once again since I've been without internet since early June. I will be doing daily updates here logging workouts food updates and so forth to document t my jour ey the next 11 weeks heading to Miami for the 2016 NPC nationals
