Remember that when a new door opens in your life, having a new start with a new environment, use that chance. For what? For connecting to people, approaching them, letting them approach you. It's a basic fact to use those chances for a change. Don't keep yourself away from people and remind yourself that each of those new people, even if it's not guaranteed they will stay, might be the ones that put you through a mental growth. Those people might turn into friends, into connections for the future, a cooperation. And just as much as you grow from them, they will equally grow from it.

It's a horrible feeling to keep falling asleep and waking up with a bad mood constantly. Nothing and nobody really makes me feel refreshed and I feel like toxic that the most important people are somehow partially at fault without doing anything wrong. So it's not their fault. It's mine. And I feel horrible about myself. I just want to disappear.
