Spring had recently begun, and everywhere you looked nature painted the environnement green. 

Trees regained their leaves and started blooming. 

Flowers sprouted from the cracks in de pavement, in the gardens and on balconies. You saw more booths along the lanes selling them.

Birds were chirping

Love was in the air

and boy oh boy, were you aware 

Not because you may have been passing an increasing amount of couples

but because you yourself had caught it

The only flower you could notice, the prettiest of them all, was walking hand in hand with you alongside the river

Park Rosé and you were on your now third date

Because of the recent better weather, you had decided to take it outside and go on a picnic 

And now the sun was setting, hitting the waves and bathing Rosé in a warm, soft light

You couldn’t help but stare, couldn’t help but think how lucky you were to be there with her

couldn’t help but remember how nervous you were when you asked her out

“H-hey Rosé, could we talk?” you asked as you felt your cheeks start to flush

“Of course~” she said in her melodious voice.

You noticed the girls next to her giggling and pulled her to a window.

The mid-day sun made her eyes sparkle…

“So what’d you wanted to say?” she asked curiously

A thought rose up in your mind

The same thought which had been plaguing you for a while now

A cold breeze interrupted your thoughts, and your moment

You took her hand and continued your walk, this time in the direction of Rosé’s place

By the time you reached it, the sun had set and some stars had started appearing

You stopped in front of the door and turned to face her

 “I really liked this afternoon” you said

She looked at the door, and then back at you, expecting, in a way...

You were confused: what were you supposed to say? Do?… gosh you really had a way with words, didn’t you… She looks so pretty…

Once more, you felt you were blushing

Rosé giggled… and rolled her eyes

She slung her arms around your neck and-

She kissed you.

and now she made the first move

This time there were no anxious thoughts

When you at last pulled back, you both smiled

Rosé let go of your embrace and turned away to open the door

As she entered, she turned around, and gestured for you to come closer

as you did, she pulled you face close to hers once more and pecked the top of your nose

You arrived at the arcade where you, your girlfriend Lisa and her friend Rosé had agreed to meet.

As the weren’t there yet, you decided to wait outside.

You looked into the street

With late summer arriving, the street was already quite dark, lights sparkling from the various shops and restaurants in the street.

The arcade itself beamed a neon pink light onto the street, and so onto the simple but cute, black outfit you had decided to wear for the semi date.

“No! You have to meet my friends! How about Rosé? She’s really chill!”

you rembered Lisa saying. You were curious to find out if this Rosé was really as nice as Lisa had been saying.

You were a bit shy to talk to strangers. Hopefully Lisa wouldn’t leave you two alone with an akward silence...

 You were to find the awnser to those questions/ worries soon enough, as you suddenly heard a familiar voice squeek your name while you felt two arms envloping you in a tight hug.

“Lisa! You startled me!”

“Hehe, hey baby!”

You turned around a gave your girlfriend a peck on the cheeck.

Lisa smiled brightly and pulled a girl who you’d never seen before.

“This is Rosé! I’ve told you about her!”

“Right, hello! Nice too meet you I’m Y/n.”

A blush crept up to your cheeks when you heard that, “Ah, thank you.”

You took place on the racecar-like seats and started.

The game continued and finished with lots of laughs, a winning you and a lost Rosé.

The girl in the seat next to you pouted when the screen in front of her showed the ‘lose’ screen.

“Cheer up, Rosé, I’ll buy you something to eat as eh, consolation prize!” you beamed.

You two linked arms and walked up to Lisa. Who turned around with an expression you couldn’t quite place.

“We’re gonna get a snack in the convience store around the corner, are you coming?” you asked.

Like a group of extremly clumsy pinguins, you waggled out of the arcade and made your way down the street.

 Arrived at the shop, you walked to the candy isle. Lisa observed you two from a distance as you followed Rosé while you contemplated what snake she wanted.

Eventually, she picked a pack of Pockies.

“Great! I like those too.”

You took the pack as you walked up to the cashier to pay.

 A few moments you three stood outside again, jackets pressed against your bodies, since the temperature had dropped as the night had progressed.

Rosé opened the pack of Pockies and took one.

She offered the pack to you and you gladly took one too.

You hadn’t put the chocolate covered sweet in your mouth, or Lisa turned you around and took about of your snack.

A few inches from your face, she happily munched on the sweet.

“What was that for?”

“I just like you close~”

and she pulled you into a hug, glaring at Rosé who stood there, perplexed, eating her Pockies.
