I think my dislike also comes from the fact that all the true crime podcasters/YouTubers so far have always taken sponsorships for these videos which just feels so wrong to me. Regardless, I was ignoring all of this because if I don't like her, I don't have to watch her.

And before anyone acts like I'm twisting their nipples; I'm not supporting the perpetrator. I believe what they did was wrong. No one has the right to take a human life. Those kids have absolutely disgusting morals, I agree. At the same time, that is a trans man. His name is Jamie because he told his friends his name is Jamie. Because he came out. And as a minor, he does not have the resources to go by his preferred name where he wants.

The fucking audacity to say "I believe this kid is only using their trans identity to distance themselves from the crime". If he is, there's something wrong in his brain. UNTIL THAT IS CONFIRMED, it is YOUR responsibility to uphold his preferred identity.
