Well here with my new build it comes with a cafeteria, numerous study areas ( including private study suites on the third floor for Sims who don’t want to be unbothered while they study), computer lab, robotics lab, art studio, music & photography studio & other amenities! This place is a great place for your sims to get their studies done & to spend some time at. Allow Zephan to give you a tour of the campus while you’re here too! Now onto the important stuff!

University of Britechester

Hello everyone. I'm coming back to you with the University of Britechester. The references were Oxford and Hogwarts. Lot contains a lecture room, corridors with various activities, an auditorium for philologists, a library on two floors and a debate room. The toilet and dining room are located on the 1-floor, there is an outer courtyard and a small courtyard. The items are functioning normally. This lot was created for realistic gameplay . Classrooms can be used for different purposes, I didnt make the lecture hall narrowly focused.

I almost never remember my dreams, but a few days ago I had a rare one I did remember that took place in a science lab. So I sort of recreated it from the bits and pieces that still came to mind.

To place this lot you’ll have to make a sim a scientist and travel to this lot. Then activate the cheat bb.enablefreebuild.

I thoroughly playtested this lot and it works perfect with the career tasks.
