Despite all their grievances with the HA, the Hero Name Victims Association, are still heroes at heart. I like this as characterisation for the group. It shows us that they aren't selfish or fake heroes too afraid to help. Sure their protest has been interrupted and they are probably sour over it but all of them are still running towards what they know is a Dragon Level Threat. Sure they have Saitama but as far as they know he's an A Class and just that. Even as a group they must be aware they stand no chance against it.
