it has been a long week... radio cpr has always strived to be the voice of the people. we are a collective of people that want to make a difference in our community, through our voices and music we love. we are all volunteers. we play music or have talk shows not for the glory or fame but rather for the simple desire to connect as humans with our community. after 18 years we have to find a new home. ;( but we don't have any money ! we are having this fair to make a lil money, help others make a lil cash, bring people together and of course support the sale of vinyl records and also tapes ! ;)  it is a love fest really. we love seeing everyone come through the doors and pal around or enjoy a slothful day of record buying and smiling. it is a real treat ! entrance is free but we are always into donations if you wish.  ;)  if we cannot find a new place or raise enough to have options, we may have to say adios to our beloved radio cpr station. so if you know of a place, maybe you wanna share an office ? spilt the cost ? let us know! we are entertaining all options. ⼠peace and love to all.  hope to see you all on a nice lil december saturday ! Â
thank you for your support throughout the years and for sticking with us while our studio is closed down this week. tune in this Sunday when we are back online. <3

PROGRAM 38: DO THE DADA MAMBO! [04.18.13]
Rakete bee bee, grouseketeers. Sorry itâs taken me a week to post this. Show is also 30 minutes shorter than usual because of punctuality issues. Probably for the best. Mostly jazz, international sounds, and a little bit of easy listening. Enjoy yourself, if you survive the first ten minutes. Rakete bee zee.

PROGRAM 34: SNOW & SOCA [1.17.13]
Snow was in the forecast when I did this show more than two weeks ago, but it never came. Weâve seen 70 degree days since then, but as if in direct challenge of the will of the God of Punxatawney, itâs 20 degrees out and snowing now as I type this post. Enjoy some snow tunes, then warm up with some 2013 soca hits!

Appreciate Your Mind Podcast from January 14, 2013: 'In this week's program I talk about the new Gallup poll that shows another rise in the "nones," although it's less than previous years; how scientists are fleeing the Republican Party because of their anti-science agenda; how attempts at legitimate scientific studies on gun violence are thwarted by the pro-gun lobby and the outright lies told by them; the dangers we face by ignoring science; and more! I feature music from Roy Zimmerman, Quiet Company and the Austin Lounge Lizards.'
