The ways I revise:
Teach- the best way for me to revise is by teaching someone else. I'm lucky enough that my boyfriend is really intrigued by anatomy so I get to subject him to my awful teachings.
Drawing- especially when it comes to learning anatomy.
Rewriting- I write things repeatedly to help me remember them.
Test yourself- lots of people learn through mistakes, so test yourself and understand why you made those mistakes.

Today is revision of Pelvic anatomy, and spinal anatomy. Along with the imaging technique!
Drawing is my favourite way of revising anatomy
Tips on how to get out of bed in the morning
If you are like me and struggle to get out of bed I’m the morning on your day off or on a study day then here are some tips that I’ve found useful
1) setting a reasonable alarm, don’t be hard on yourself coz all you will do is just hit the snooze button, so have a reasonable lay in if you want one but get up no later then 10, I find if I get up after that I feel very guilty and struggle to be productive for the rest of the day.
2) keep a bottle of water by the bed so when you wake up drink the whole bottle before getting out of bed, this wakes you up enough to not want to put your head back on the pillow.
3) once your up have a shower first, put yourself in the right state of mind for the day and help wake yourself up
4) form a morning routine, if you make this a routine then you body is more likely to be happy with getting out of bed in the morning.
5) Have something to look forward to in the day, give your self a treat so you want to get out of your bed !

Today is lower limb revision for my image evaluation OSCE tomorrow, the only thing I’m really concerned about is timings!
Study tip:
Utilise learning objectives from lessons and make them into questions
This makes things seem less overwhelming when revising and more often than not learning objectives get reworded and used as questions in exams
