I’m not gonna lie 4B and 4C hair are fucking easy to draw. I’m tired of pretending it’s not. Basic character design teaches you to draw in shapes, our hair is basically MADE UP of fucking shapes to get the coily, afro look. You can even play around with different shapes around the hair or the ends to mimic different curl patterns, or by leaving it rounded you can imply a thicker, more textured type of hair.
