Be alone. Eat alone, take yourself on dates, sleep alone. In the midst of this you will learn about yourself. You will grow, you will figure out what inspires you, you will curate your own dreams, your own beliefs, your own stunning clarity, and when you do meet the person who makes your cells dance, you will be sure of it, because you are sure of yourself.

I am so afraid of disappointing the people I love, I often forget that I am someone I love too. And I need kindness just as much as I believe the people I love do.

Don’t be mad when someone else starts to appreciate the person you took for granted. What you won’t do, someone else will.

Don’t give up on things when you think you can fight for it. It’s difficult to wait but it’s more difficult to regret.
