More photos of the cute flower shop I stumbled upon 🌷
Currently spending some time here reading Saturday by Ian McEwan in preparation for my literature course and the upcoming year of uni | So I thought I would share an updated picture of my desk area and all my plants, since it’s been requested a few times and I like seeing the progress all my plant babies make!

“I’m too busy to be lonely,” declares “Granny” Eva Barnes Henderson, who at age 83 lives alone in a small, time-weathered house near the banks of the Buffalo River.

Happy Friday Everyone ! This week was such a roller-coaster lol
Positive things that happened :
Went to my first french class 🇫🇷
Got 4.5/5 on my 2 computer science assignments
On a less positive note : I've been seriously reconsidering my course. When I talked to my bf's mum about it she said :
"it's okay not to know everything in your course - the reason why you're there is to learn. If you already knew everything, you wouldn't need to learn anything - and that would be painfully boring"
& it really cheered me up. So! With that I'm off to enjoy my weekend (with some mild study ofc) & I'm sending you all positive vibes 🌻🌞🌸

april 21, 2020 // love my lil’ Van Gogh coffee table book. I find myself flipping through from time to time and staring at the beautiful colours. This is one of my faves..

Classes start tomorrow so I’m getting as prepared as I can with my readings and supplies. Also, an internship for a publishing company that I really want to work for just opened up, so I’ll be trying my best to apply for that as well! I have a meeting with the career center on Friday so I’ll have my cover letter ready for revision then. Another goal for today is to submit more things to my college’s lit mag, I already sent in two things but I don’t think they’re the best. So I’m going to send in a few more things just to be sure I have an okay-chance of getting accepted.
🌿 Best wishes to everyone starting classes soon!
