Hi, I’m Rix and I use any pronouns except she/her!
I’m queer, disabled, and one of my main special interests is Theater- which is part of why I made this blog!
I really enjoy seeing queer and/or disabled character in theater for many reasons but especially because theater has a lot of progress that needs to be made for authentic and meaningful representation- particularly for disabled actors and characters!
Submissions
Please include character name, the show/media They’re from, and their queer identity and/or disability. Please specify if these are canon, headcanon, or implied (if you would like you can also include pronouns!)
If you have a specific flag or photo you want please message me and elaborate
Also if you want a specific version/actor’s photo used please specify
Things I won’t do
If a character has an established queer identity and you want something different (for example a submission asking for Marvin Falsettos is bisexual- when he is canonically a gay man)- however please note this has nuances and only applies if the request directly alters canon in a destructive or harmful way (a submission I would take for example is Noel from RTC is gay and genderqueer-even though this would differ from his canon identity it is not harmful and doesn’t alter text in a negative way)
I will generally not do characters who are fictionalized versions of historical people- unless the identity/disability is true to the actual person and important in the context of the play
