Hey tumblr friends, I have a question to pose to you. What sorts of things do you find work best/what do you do to be body positive? I've (somewhat) recently ended a long term relationship/marriage. Somehow, during that time, I became completely unaware of how much damage I have done to myself mentally and physically in terms of how I perceive myself in relation to my appearance. This anxiety is staring to present itself in weird ways, and I'm concerned that it is going to impact any new relationships I've formed. I'd super appreciate any feedback and resources from people that have dealt with this kind of stuff. I realize it's a process and it may take a very long time to develop body positivity, but I'm at a point where I realize this negativity has to end.
