Oh my gosh that just sounds terrible, I’m so sorry to hear that. It is difficult to make any transition from something you are use to. Yoga sounds wonderful though, it would at least be a way to relax you. Maybe you could substitute the caffeine with tea? I know there are quite a few that don’t have any in it or just not as much. Â
I’m sure it will be fine. Just a little under the weather. I’ve definitely been meaning to try some tea, I think that will help.Â
