New Dazzling Mermaid Crowns Inspired by Ariel by Chelsea Shiels
Twenty-seven-year-old Melbourne-based florist Chelsea Shiels was always keen of composing stunning flower crowns, until she came up with the ingenious idea to construct seashell crows.
She confesses to Cosmopolitan: āIāve always wanted to be Ariel, under the sea. Iām a real beach bum. That was where my obsession with the sea and shells came from.
The royal and bohemian crows are inspired by the rustic beauty found under the sea, its aquamarine colors and the glittering hidden treasures we wish to find in the oceanās depth. Find them in their Request your custom made mermaid crown in her Etsy shop.

Frozen Flowers in Ice Resemble Exquisite Watercolor Paintings by Kenji Shibata
Kenji Shibata is a famous Japanese photographer who creates powerful and captivating images, such as his latest photo series āLocked In Etherā which we have featured below. His visual experiments deal with freezing time and motion of an object which is representative of life - the flower. The visuals are rich in poetic meaning and the technique is both unique and fascinating to behold for the eyes.

Danielle Clough Transforms Vintage Rackets Into Her Canvas for Floral Embroidery Designs
Cape Town based artist Danielle Clough is a photographer, designer, VJ and embroiderer. She graduated from art direction and graphic design from The Red and Yellow School before pursuing visual art and digital design professionally. Her inquisitive nature constantly leads her to experiment with new mediums and explore street culture. In this feature, the artist takes colorful yarn and turns vintage tennis rackets into a frame to hold her bright bouquets.
From blushing pink roses to beaming sunflowers, interwoven delicately through the plastic wiring of the racket and a spectrum of wool turning a classic sport gear into a significant unit of an artwork. the artist sees the potential of pairing odd elements to create a single beautiful scene.
Danielle Clough weaves these splashy floral compositions through the mesh of the racket, smartly creating a uniform art by matching the thread to handle and wooden frame. The detailed embroidery is shaded carefully taking into consideration the handle itself, and then laced through the mesh of nylon cord.Ā
