Protip? Make an omen chart. Make a personal list of what should show up, in what way, and what it means when it does. Then put that out into the universe like you're making a presentation. Ask for signs when you need to see them and keep records when things do appear.

Give foresight defined channels to reach you and a clear lens through which to focus the signs, and it'll be much easier to discern what is and is not a sign. (Definitely helped me with my anxiety!)
