Got a new patch from etsy the other day, and decided im gonna make a crust style vest starting with this one

I saw something on here about wanting to makean anti Confederate flag patch so I did

when i get to the store tomorrow im gonna pick up a metallic silver to accent the chain. I wanted to make the text fancier but the paint was barely cooperating as is and since i have so little space the patches have to be small :(

I hadn’t posted an update since I first made it, so I wanted to post some pictures of what my battle jacket currently looks like. I’ve added tons of patches (including the back patch I custom made for it) and it feels almost totally “complete.” Just gotta fill that one little gap on the yoke. :)

shameless photo spread of my battle vest – just sewed on a few replacement patches and spruced up the collar and front pockets with some old fabric I had laying around.  The body of this vest is probably close to 20 years old.  i’ve had to reinforce the shoulders numerous times where the studs wore holes through, let out seams, take in seams, get rid of ruined patches…and i look forward to fucking with this thing for years to come,  until it is a total ridiculous travesty of a garment and/or literally disintegrates.
