⋆♱ 𝔭𝔲𝔣𝔣 ♱⋆

Today I met up with friends to do our visionboards together and while everyone else was talking about stuff they could do in their spare time as hobbies i put down stuff I NEED to do to move forward in life…

I didn’t choose anything that could be my hobby since there is no spare time for me. And at that moment reality slapped me again in the face and showed me how on edge and burned out I am. My nervous system is so cooked that “rest” seems like a far away land for me. Having spare time to feel “bored” is nothing I can even think of because I feel so behind on everything and that for yearsssss.

My wish and goal for this year is to finally to be able to start resting genuinely and finding time to actually feel bored. My goal is to finish anything unfinished and come back to my body again without the constant stress and worry. I wish to live a slow and reenergizing life so I can redefine what I want from my life and how I wanna live it.

And for anyone else struggling with the same issue: You can do it! I know first hand how difficult and impossible it seems but I believe in all of us that good times will come. Our beliefs are what brings us forward even if everything crashes down, so believe with me together that everything will work out because it will.

We have the energy to survive and soon we will use this energy to enjoy 🤍
