 I think the heart of the movement, which is not having children unless you TRULY want a child and can handle the responsibility of bringing a whole person into the world and raising them properly for two entire decades is actually a great message. Lots of people who shouldn’t have been parents have become parents and treat their children horribly, or put them in front of an IPad instead of raising them. I think some people really aren’t fit to be parents since they’re abusive. Kids are thee single biggest responsibility the average joe can have and they’re super duper expensive! Some people can’t handle that. And if they don’t want kids in the first place they wouldn’t be good parents! Hating kids and treating them poorly isn’t okay though. You have an impact on every child you meet and being callous or cruel isn’t going to make better people in the future, which I personally think should be a priority.
