My favorite version of clothing control is like, forced cosplay. Making you dress up as some embarrassing anime girl, especially. There's not even a specific character I really have in mind, I just think it's so hot from a misgendering and humiliation angle. The idea of putting you into such a hyper-specific role, you know?
I think that the stuffed bra idea works really well with this, although there are some other fun ideas to play with as far as your tits in this context. I also like the idea of having you dress up as a character with way bigger breasts and just comparing you to her <3
Related, as an extension to that, I love the idea of training you to moan like an anime girl, make cuter noises when you suck dick, just generally play with your behavior to fit the role you're being used in.

Cosplay is so fun, and there's definitely no shortage of scantily clad anime women with huge tits to force me to cosplay. Robin and Nami from One Piece come to mind, as does Hestia from Is It Wrong to Try to Pick Up Girls in a Dungeon? But really, any character that has an unnecessary amount of cleavage and/or a particularly short skirt would work perfectly for this. Admittedly the only anime character I've cosplayed was Maomao from The Apothecary Diaries who is just as flat chested as I am, and her outfit is pretty modest..
There are really good fake breast forms nowadays for people who are flat chested, so that makes it all the more humiliating to force me to stuff a bra to make my tits match the size of the character's, especially if the rest of the outfit is high quality, and people can visibly see the lumps where I stuffed my bra.
I do also really like the idea of just having me cosplay a big-titted character and then just not bothering to make my tits bigger at all. Most people wouldn't even bat an eye; there are plenty of folks who don't use any kind of body mods when they cosplay, so it wouldn't be out of place for me to just not bother with making my tits bigger for a cosplay.
But, of course, I'd know that it was a humiliation tactic, and it'd be so easy to make comments about how ridiculous it is that I'm cosplaying a character with bigger tits that I have, how my cosplay would look so much better if I had tits bigger than the size of my head. In fact, you should take every opportunity you can to point out just how tiny my tits are compared to the character I'm cosplaying.
And of course it just makes sense to have me roleplay as the character I'm dressed as! It'd be so fun to make me cosplay a particularly slutty character to force me to do slutty things that I'd never do otherwise or have me cosplay a really shy and nervous character so that I have to act really ashamed and nervous when doing anything sexual.
It would also be so humiliating to make my moans extra high-pitched like an anime girl. Maybe even force me to make ahegao faces while you play with my tits (or maybe even pretend to play with my tits like groping where my tits would be if I actually had tits as big as the character I'm dressed up as).
