PREME - The stair-steps to become a self learner
Okay, this has been a draft here for quite some time, waiting for me to come back to it and tell you the answer and I gotta say. I FUCKING HAVE IT
1st Step - Find out what makes you happy
Take personality tests:Â https://www.archetypes.com/Â
Try out new things
Try old things you havenât done in a while
Think about what gives you that little good rush of dopamine
Make a List
Map your happiness in your mind
There are tons of ways to find out what makes you happy. Try them all until you get it.
2nd Step - Find out how to get good at the things that make you happy and abuse this mechanism our evolution has worked so hard to develop:
I have Teaching My girlfriend has Researching History My Best Friend... Well, we donât talk about this BUT My Second Best Friend has literally Making Money
So literally anything goes as long as you can improve the talent youâre practicing
3rd Step - Find ways to actually measure how good or bad you are in comparison to everyone else
Make a list
Take a test
Create a test
Ask peopleâs opinion
See how people react to it
Test it, basically
I have a list of 16 skills a teacher has to have. Maybe you can make one too. Try me
4th Step - Find a way to study what you like and keep improving the method everytime you use it
See how other people study ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iE_dl0SJ76g&feature=youtu.be )
Look for new and interesting methods. Feynman Technique, Chunking ..
Try your own things
Take a look at the 9 learning tools to get some inspiration
You can always start by the basic mechanism nature provided us:
5th Step - Stablish Objectively Measurable Milestones for yourself.
Capable of doing a full high-fanatasy story
Able to reach 50km/h on a bycicle
Able to diferentiate between pseudo-history and actual history
Capable of teaching neurology concepts to 4 year olds
Never feeling offended no matter the situation
Always changes the tone of voice during an explanation
Capable of doing accents
As long as you can measure it, you can try it. So go Nuts.
6th Step - Find out people who like, need or want the result of your talents/work
Maybe they wanna watch a performance
Maybe they want something fixed
Maybe they wanna learn english
Maybe they want someone to use their money to get more money
Maybe they need someone to bring them food at certain times
Maybe they need someone to tell them if what theyâre learning is bullshit or not.
The list is gigantic. If you have a talent, meditate on what you can really do to make peopleâs lives possible, better, happier or easier.
7th Step - ???
This is you making up your own step. Invent something people never tried or maybe manage to do something many tried but few made it. I donât know. Itâs 100% up to you.
8th Step - Profit
Capitalize on your own step. Whatever you made, there must be a crazy way to make money and open a business on that. Maybe use it to get a job like me. I do researches on education every now and then, so people know me all around the town in schools.
The Principles of the Specialist
These principles were designed and are currently being perfected in order to make someone so good and so focused on something that there is virtually no one better than them at something than themselves (Except if thereâs an identical specialist who studies for more time with the same quality. Quality here meaning perfection or near perfection on the learning process). Results on this are based on 2 subjects, so... Not a lot of scietific value to that but hey, getting past the basic principles is already hard enough, imagine getting past the excelence principles. If I were to guess, Iâd say 0.1% of people getting past that is already too much of a high expectation to rely on (But then again, thatâs an opinion. Do your research. Maybe you find out Iâm wrong).
1 - Study the area for at least 2 years (5 years is the recommended)
To acquire this, there are 3 steps: First you must have learned and conditioned all of the Basic Principles and almost all of the Principles of Excelence (With the exception of the 2nd, 6th and 7th. Although not having the 7th would be very risky, it could still work, but if you do not have the rest of them... There are simply too many drawbacks for me to consider you a quality self-learner). Second youâll need to follow IN.ORDER. the 6 steps to be a self learner. Third youâll need to keep yourself on the same track for at least 2 years and the reccomended would be 5. So yeah... Good luck with that.
First of all, if you do not have the 2nd, 6th and 7th of the principles of excellence, youâre gonna have drawbacks. Not having the 2nd can lead to depression, giving up or accepting authoritiyâs opinions instead of yours and many other fallacies based on the lack of self-esteem. Not having the 6th will make possible for your thoughts to be clouded by judgement and bad feelings that will hold you back in your learning because your brain will be clogged with anxiety, tension and pain. Not having the 7th is gonna hurt your descriptions unless youâre capable of distinguishing objective from subjective and judgmental apart with 100% of accuracy. Now to the actual main problem: If you study something for one year, (With all the principles ready) it may take sometime until you get understand and map ou your entire area and be presented to all the common arguments you find to defend each position. Again... It is possible to do that in 2 years if youâre an absolute beast (Thatâs why I say 5 years is reccomended).
2 - Recognize pseudo-sciences inside your own area
To acquire this, you need to understand the 8 steps of the scientific method. Respectively: Ask a question; search for answers and informations related to the question; form a hypothesis; plan an experiment to test the hypothesis; perform the experiment; analyze the data; draw a conclusion; share the results. If you understand all of that you can identify a pseudoscience if you see one. Be aware of logical fallacies and remember the 8th and 9th principles of excelence. Once youâre able to do that practice everytime you look at something that says itâs scientific and judge it from this perspective.
If you fail to recognize a pseudo-science when you see one, chances are you are going to believe it and use it to explain the world around you causing contradictions that donât actually exist and ultimately leading you into a downward spiral to conspiracy theories that are fundamentally innaccurate.
3 - Completely map out the area you are studying
To acquire this youâre going to need a good amount of meditation (Roughly a month or 6, once you are well rounded in your area). Youâre gonna ahave to name every field there is in your area and finally describing each one very briefly. Take me in education for example. Education is divided in times of learning, types of learning and finaly the definitions and discussions of learning. Respectively: Pedagogy (Study of learning in children); Andragogy (Study of learning in teenagers and adults) Geragogy (Study of learning in old people); Heutagogy (Study of learning in Self-Learners); Epistemology (Study of the study); Art of teaching (Various ways of passing on the rationalization and conditionings down to others).
If you fail to do that, your brain is going to have a hard time linking the informations and arguments it has into a solid chunk of your memory and is also gonna have an even harder time trying to come up with neural pathways to understand the area you are studying and where each thing fits directly. A great example of this is how people learn history in school. They may know that the Egyptians were building pyramids and that mamoths lived long ago but theyâd have no idea that both these things happened at the same time...Which is horrible to think about. Litterally everyone who learns history in school fucked up in their learning process.
4 - Use all the 9 types of teachers
To acquire that youâll need to check if you have used and if you still use all of them on your learning process. Which is absolutely crucial for not having your learning limited by a 10 thousand year old book that claims to have all the answers. (http://psychobender.tumblr.com/post/160738209793/the-types-of-teachers-preme)Â
If you fail to do that your learning process will most likely be lacking in some aspects such as never having tested your conclusions, trusting books to tell you the truth, trusting your own anecdotal evidence to help you master anything. How bad could this be? Just look at every person who has joined a talent show believing they had a great talent only to have their dreams obliterated in front of a milion people audience.
5 - Access contents in the worldâs common language (currently english)
To do that you must first understand the spoken and written language as well as be integrated in the international culture (Such as understanding references and common knowledge of it). Given you have this, you will need to check if everything you learned has a double check in the english speaking world. Once you meditate enough to know if everything you learned, you checked the english field, you can be safe that you looked at a reasonable amount of intelectual variety.
If you fail this, youâre going to limit your expertise to the information present in your native language only. And that is specially harmful if you are living in a country that doesnât speak english as a second language. Even if youâre talking about the history of a local tribe, having access to the interpretation and arguments of people from all over the world is crucial to build any robust knowledge.
6 - Study at least 3x a week
To acquire that it recommended that you find a need to study instead of simply building a routine. For example, if you are studying random ass texts and articles just for the sake of studying, itâs not gonna be much of a useful talent, unless you get lucky to use those later in life. It must come from demand. If your happiness depends on helping people and in order to do that you need to study psychology, now THAT is demand. It could even be that your happiness comes from looking smart in front of people but it needs to come from somewhere. Pure conditioning wonât save you here. NOTE: 3x a week is the bare minimum for you to get any sort of absoluteness out of your talent. Iâd recommend 5 - 7x a week.
If you fail this, that is, underdoing it, youâre gonna be travelling on below average grounds for expertise and that is NOT what Iâd recommend for any specialist of any area. Also, having an purely conditioning driven study routine is going to increase your stress (Cortisol) levels and your brain will interpret studying as a punishment instead of reinforcement (With reason), further decreasing any chances you thought you had of becoming the best.
7 - Be capable of explaining your expertise to all ranges of people. (4 year olds to 20+ and layman to world renowned genius)
To acquire that you need to understand what you do in the simplest terms. For example in education: Simplest terms is:Â âI teach people how to learn betterâ. Hardest terms would be âI study Pedagogy, Andragogy, Geragogy to understand the mindâs development in learning, Heutagogy to understand the process of acquiring with different levels of autonomy, Neurology to complement the use of the brain, a bit of nutrition of the brain for the same reason, Epistemology to be able to question the very base of learning as a whole and psychology to be able to use their technologies to boost the mind and itâs development throughout learningâ.Â
If you fail this, youâre gonna have a hard time selling yourself to work somewhere or even to provide a service or justify your expertise to other people and in the end it wonât matter how much you know since youâll never be able to put your ideas to the test or even make them useful for someone else who might wanna hire you. Might as well pretend youâre good at something. Youâll get the same results, if not better by simply pretending.
8 - Love what you do
To acquire this, you canât just like it, you canât simply enjoy your work. It must be one of the main, if not the ultimate priority in your life. The stepping stones are simple. Find out exactly what makes you happy (I personally suggest the archetype family test but anything that can pin down the actions that make you happy will suffice); try to find happiness in different ways on the same area; use your area as a tool to find happiness and pleasure. After youâve done that for 2 to 5 years, you'll probably keep this passion forever (Unless we find a cure for aging. In which case, Iâd say youâd keep it for about 200 to 500 years).
If you fail this, youâre going to lose 90 to 99.99% of all your potential willpower towards your expertise since there will be no reward (Reinforcement) for the effort in the end. Itâs going to build up stress and every day on the job will feel like hell until the point that the only reason you have to go is gonna be that youâre 1 day closer to retirement. You may even get to the point where youâre the best but everytime someone comes up to you with a request, youâre gonna look at them as if they just asked for an organ transplant of your left lung.
How to create an educational material:
Disclaimer: Everything can be used as an educational material. What youâre actually gonna learn here is how to make a good one.Â
First, you gotta understand what is a PREME educational tool. Long story short, there are 9 types:
Tester (Used to test)
Perspective (Used to show new perspectives)
Example (Used to give examples)
Protector (Used to protect the learner from learning consequences)
Dictionary/Fact-Checker (Used to check information)
Modifier/Augmenter (Used to improve performance)
Newsletter/Expositor (Used to expose information)
Guideline (Used to guide actions)
The Unteacher/Rusty-Broken Tool (Used to destroy/stop learning)
(All of them very well explained 2 years ago right here:Â
https://psychobender.tumblr.com/post/160738209793/the-types-of-teachers-preme )
1st Step: Choose one or more tool categories
- For this example Iâm gonna pick the Dictionary category
2nd Step: Choose the content
- For this example Iâm gonna pick the PREME personalities
3rd Step: Choose a template for where to put the content or create one
- For this example Iâm gonna pick a cloth bag
(It can be a T-Shirt, a Book, a Youtube Video, Pencil, a Shoe, etc..)
4th Step: Merge the content with the template
- For this example, letâs say I wrote the PREME Personalities on the cloth bag with a permanent pen.
5th Step: Describe how to use the tool and youâre done
- For this example, you just have to use your bag (As you normally would) and whenever you need to check the information about the personalities, you can just look at your bag. As a plus, everyone can look at it and learn. Another plus is, it becomes a good conversation starter as in âWhatâs that in your bag?â or maybe something to remind you in the middle of the assessment or maybe just to make it faster as in: âChoose 3 of those in order of importance - shows bag -â
How to find an autodidact?
Autodidacts are not as rare as the media portrays them but the good ones are. Finding an autodidact is simple.
Just ask: On a scale of -10 to 10.. How much do you enjoy studying? The measurement is very simple.
-10 to -6: Traumatized by school, college, parents etc... This person is most likely trying to enjoy life the best they can but they do not see studying as a pleasurable activity at all (They are very rare btw) -5 to -1: Studying produces a mild discomfort in them. Itâs not a horrible activity but they may do it under slightly stressful and often anti-learning situations such as studying for a test or a job interview. 0: The most common answer of all. They donât mind studying but they do it when there is an objective such as learning how to do something they need. But itâs just not pleasurable overall. 1 to 5: This is where the line begins to blur. They enjoy studying some things, they dislike others. Generally they donât understand much of what they want so they kind of go with the flow. One day they wanna draw, next day they wanna learn astrophysics. Artists usually fall in this category. Not a complete self learner but someone who has some interests. 6 to 8: This person is most likely the classic smartass haha. Enjoys studying, might be into trivia. But sheâs not quite an autodidact yet. She studies but her objectives with it are normally not quite clear. Maybe just learning new languages, understanding the unverse, things and people overall, but not a specialist. 9: A very specific type of person for a very specific number. This person really likes studying but there are times when she doesnât. She is probably into something specific such as... History, Psychology, Medicine, Astrophysics (More serious than the 6 to 8) and so on. But she doesnât quite understand studying as something extra-curricular. Usually limits oneself to reading books and watching video-classes. Things related to the classical methods. 10: This is the textbook autodidact. Studying is one of his most prized activities. They are usually very sociable and easygoing, they talk about their studies with enthusiasm to anyone who gives them a slight chance. They may have thousands of flaws even in their studies. Maybe they study Tarot or astrology or homeopathy, scientology... But hey. It is still an autodidact by definition.âI donât knowâ: They really probably donât know. Leave them alone xD.OBS: Works on kids as well

What is the perfect studying Rythim?
Quick answer is: 2h of studying nonstop while 20% of your studying time must be comprised of rest. (It can be boosted with coffee. 3-4 cups per day though. Donât go chugging galons to become a genius or you can fffffuckinâ die) Complicated answer incoming. Our brain works in what we call a ultraradian rythim.Â
It can concentrate from 90min to 120min at full capacity before it burns off completely and needs to rest. Apparently the needed rest is 20min. But that is the average. Iâm gonna be honest here.... I have no idea what an ultra-concentrated high on coffee person can do with her brain in terms of brain activity but...
from my own personal not scientific and subjective experience, I can recall waking up fully nourished (Banquet night) started studying 5am, didnât drink any coffe but could sustain 5h, rested 40 to 80min while eating, went back to study 5h again, rested an hour (napping) and studied 8h (Somehow peeking performance after 7h and then decaying to death on the 8th). I didnât have dinner that day, also lost 1,5kg.. Now keep in mind... Rythims are not mathematically constant. Maybe you ate well someday, maybe you finally kissed that person you were desperately in love with since 2nd grade, had a bunch of coffee, did cocaine, had just waken up from the perfect night of sleep etc... All of that is going to affect how much your brain will be able to concentrate so... Donât be so methodic. Be fluid..Be formless..shapeless.. Like Watah.
The 2 types of competence - PREME
Rationalizing
Understanding and being capable of imagining an affirmation and/or an argument.Â
Happens in humans apparently inside the frontal lobe by the acquisition of language followed by the use of the imagination to picture something happening inside oneâs head. Such as thinking about an affirmation or an argument.
Works better when concentrating using the neurotransmissors responsible for such action.Â
Can interrupted or damaged by the lack of neurotransmissors which may result in failing to understand things. Any disruption in the neural system might also damage the process such as bursts of endorphine such as in Sex or passion, pain, tickles etc... Hence, meditation is recomended. Bad eating habits or lack of resting (Cell regeneration) may also result in confusion (lack of understanding) and incapability to think beyond certain subjective limit.
Results of rationalaization are shown in any being with a central neural system by changes in behaviour without previous conditioning taking place. (Such as a rat that aways chases the cheese but suddently throws something at the cheese)
Conditioning
Irrationally or rationally but naturally responding to a stimuli in a certain way.
Happens in humans when a familiar event is presented to oneâs brain. Resulting in the conditioned behaviour.
Works better when the answer to the human behaviours is presented either immediately or if the brain understands irrationally the relation between the cause(Behaviour) and the effect(Reward or punishment to behaviour)
Can be interrupted or damaged by taking too long to provide the reward or punishment to the behaviour or just by the brain not understanding the relation between the behaviour and the reward/punishment.
Results of conditioning are shown by repeated patterns of behaviour happening upon a given stimuli (Such as a person always crying when seeing a movie scene).
The Principles of Excelence - PREME
Also known as 20 principles (Because you need to have the 10 basic ones for these to have some significant effect), these were designed and perfected to make you a sort of a genius. Not really an Einstein but definately standing out from 99% of the population if not more (Results are really inconclusive here because there are so few people who reach these milestones I canât even research them correctly. Results here are solely based on logic reasoning and evidence from what I observe from me and 3 other friends of mine). Also valid to anyone but most useful to people who love their work.
1 - Self Learner at his/her favorite specific area (Inside Science, Arts and Philosophy)
About 20% of the people researched had an area in which they liked to study by themselves, but keep in mind... Iâm talking about borderline self learner. Most people had hobbies and things they enjoyed doing and knew a bit more than the average person but few of them grasped a professional level of the skill. Also, keep in mind that no one had all the basic principles, which hurts a lot the use of the principles of excelence(The ones presented here).
To acquire this one, you must take the first step into becoming a self learner. Studying at least through wikipedia, youtube and using at least 6 of the 9 types of teachers (Refering to the types of teacherâs theory here). This is also about conditioning. Training yourself to be, at the very least, the best and using different tools to measure your progress (Even if itâs done subjectively) such as competing internally with someone you know or admire from afar. Do this until you map everything there is to know in the area. For instance, in Education I need to understand Neurology, Pedagogy, Andragogy, Geragogy, Heutagogy, Epistemology and the art of teaching on a very deep level to consider myself a well travelled educator.
If you fail this one, everything else is going to be either useless or just mildly helpful, as itâs not gonna give you the individuality enough to detach yourself from other people who just donât study.
2 - Impossible to break your self esteem (Insults, constant failures, hard situations...)
Out of 68 people, only 2 had an actual unbreakable self-esteem. Itâs understandable because of the dificulties you can find on this one such as depression, bullying and traumas. These can all make your climb a little rougher than it is for someone who doesnât have these problems.
To be capable of having AND maintaining an unbreakable self esteem you need to look at your problems from a perspective of âHow can I absolutely obliterate this problem to the point on negative existence?â. You must see every single problem you have as an obstacle to be demolished and turned into pasta by your own self, but of course, that also requires training and conditioning. To train that youâre going to need to tackle problems in every possibility and make sure youâre eating, sleeping and thinking well to actually muster the energy to do so in such intensity.
If you fail this one, your learning is going to suffer as depression creeps in, axiety feeds itself on your problems and people around you start to demoralize you away from your goals. Itâs a horrible thing to see something like this happen when you donât have any of these principles, imagine a full blown self learner giving in to such events. Tragic at the very least.
3 - Scientifically active
This is by far the most common on this list because the research has been done in people generally in their college years. 61% of people are in constant contact with some area of science. But then again, itâs College âScienceâ mostly. I admit defeat on the formulation of this question but if it serves of any cleansing, from my observations (I litterally asked everyone about every single item after the research was finished) I can remember of 20-ish people who are into some kind of science but none of them are actively going for it. Just sort of absorbing easy content. Not really critically thinking about every scientific article they read... in many cases not really thinking about any article they read. Most of them donât read beyond the headline, oh my god humanity is doomed D:
To be properly active in regards to science you need to plan your studying or at least have a plan being followed intuitively. Not intuitively watching stuff.. Having. A plan. Being. Followed. Intuitively. Pay very close attention to those words because I mean it in every tiny technicality. Now this is also something that requires a bit of love and conditioning to what youâre doing. You need to look at every article as if they were trying to mislead you from the actual truth. Not only because this is often (Very often) the case but because this is going to make your argumentaation skills and reasoning skills a bit more robust when it comes to criticizing your own fallible brain. Once your realize how much and how often scientific articles lead us to the wrong or very questionable conclusions, itâs easy to be skeptical of all of them.
If you fail this, you will be ever more prone into falling for something such as Reike (Which claims to be quantum phisics but BOY AINâT THAT A BLATANT LIE). Also, your knowledge is not really going to progress in terms of knowing what happens in fact. You might be great at applying techniques or intuitively applying what you already know but without your constant re-evaluation, these skills only leave you at a mediocre pro level.
4 - Has a plan where the worst case scenarios always happen and you are still fine.
10 out of 68 of the researched people said they knew exactly what to do in case everything goes wrong. Once again. None of those have got here without failing at least 5 principles. But to be perfectly fair and honest I do not know how true this is. I just imagine that if people donât have their lives planned, theyâre not going to have the worst case scenario planned. That would exclude 64 out of the 68 people. This plan is about considering the worst case and planning a way to make the worst case scenario be lucrative (Libertarian meaning of lucrative here).
To acquire that you only need meditation and rational planning. Think about your job opportunities, how much money youâre going to make (Worst case) and how much you need to survive and get by without losing any of the principles or losing yourself to desperate measures. You only get to live once, so itâs better to plan each charted course and each careful step along the byway.....If you caught that reference, please message me. To condition yourself to plan you gotta see your life as batman sees the fate of the planet. He has a plan to kill/neutralize every member of the justice league in case they go rogue. That is why I informally call this principle the âbatman vaccineâ. Because you plan your life just like batman plans his missions. Always 10 steps ahead.
If you fail this principle thereâs no telling if your plans are going to be realized any time soon. Are you going to leave it on the hands of lady luck and pray for everything to work? News for you buddy, god doesnât care about your plan. Make sure you remember that.
5 - Has a lucrative plan to follow (Open a business, plan a big shot at success or anything of the sort)
Nobody did this one. But realistically speaking, this is the hardest of them all. Preparing a plan in case you hit success and be prepared for it? Not even successful people are ready once it hits them. But thereâs a saying that you need to remember for this one. âLuck is when opportunity meets preparationâ.Â
To acquire this one you have to plan, test, research and plan again until you polish everything. Ask opinions from experts and non-experts to know what they think about it, your family, etc... Every opinion helps and if you manage to get a specialized one, perfect. But that requires more than just dedication and conditioning. It also requires a metric fuckton of time to study all the probabilities and come up with something that is realistically very good. This means that when people are just chilling you MUST be studying or at least meditating on your opportunities to come up with a better plan. Then you have to polish it a lot. I, for instance, spent 10 hours of my day doing that for some solid 5 years give or take. So, again. This is not easy but itâs something that needs to be done in order to produce wealth (Not money).
If you fail this one, everything you worked for so far is going to feel underused. Itâs going to help a lot and itâs certainly going to take you places but nothing is going to make you more proud than a good carefully planned...plan...This sort of motivation is going to be lacking. Also, itâs a good amount of dopamine each time you get a positive answer from someone who you asked the opinion on it.
6 - Free of jealousy, hatred, possessiveness, authoritharianism and social constructs that lead to limiting the freedom of others in any way.
No one passes this one. The majority of people passed possessiveness, less people passed hatred, even less people passed authoritarianism but no one could beat jealousy. Although Jealousy varies from person to person and 2 people can live with jealousy all their lives, it would be unwise of me to cut it out since it is something that limits your your freedom as well. Also it makes you feel bad.
To acquire this one you need tons of conditioning because social constructs are not easy to get rid of due to the amount of positive reinforcement we receive everytime we do them (Even possessiveness has a niche where it is acceptable and welcome). First you need to rationally look at each one and ask yourself:Â âWhat does this do to me and the people around me?â. If you have freedom as a principle of yours it should be easy to reach the conclusion that they are all bad. Some worse, some less worse, but in the end all bad. And everytime someone recompensates you for a toxic behaviour you need to either stop yourself at the moment and think about it or take it to the bed and meditate on why you did it before sleeping. (Only do the second one if you have good control of your sleep, otherwise you might lose some sleeping hours.
If you fail this, youâre probably not gonna be a very good person to be around because of all the things you push into people. Some people can take it no problem, but itâs always better not to. You may even become the classic utilitarianist villain who wishes well to the world but does absolute harm. (Thanos is a good recent example of it)
7 - Able to use the Non-Violent Comunication from Mashall Rosemberg.
Surprisingly, 5 people out of 68 knew about it, but itâs understandable for people not to have or be able to use because of how specific it is but in reality, some people do it naturally because itâs something that we evolved to do well. Marshall Rosemberg explains the dynamic of it very well. Itâs a way to solve personal conflicts. The objective is to understand what a judgment is, avoid it and express exclusively needs and feelings while taking responsability for your own feelings.
To acquire that, youâre gonna need to watch the man or ask someone who already knows how it works (Maybe a psychologist). After that youâre gonna be looking at everything and extracting the feeling and the need behind the judgment which really helps you become a more peaceful person. Train that skill so that you never get into a personal conflict again. Doesnât require so much time in fact. A few days of practice should be more than enough, but it gets perfected with time.
If you fail this one, aside from still having personal behavioral conflicts bursting here and there, you might use judgmental words to describe things or people and that takes away the responsability you need to have towards your own feelings. Also itâs going to hurt your descriptions of anything cause you wonât be 100% accurate when differentiating subjective, judgmental and objective words and affirmations.
8 - Is always looking for the truth, not confirmations to oneâs own beliefs.
Alright, so how can I even tell if someone is looking for confirmation, not the truth? Simple, itâs on how they start a debate or discussion. Whenever you start a discussion with certainty, it shows the lack of your questioning. For example: We want to discuss weather we should allow people to buy guns or not. If the person starts the conversation with an affirmation saying âI think we should because (...) Donât you think?â This person is looking for confirmation. If the person starts the debate with something along the lines of âWhy should we ban it?â it means the person is willing to listen the otherâs opinions and evidences. This looks like a given but very few people actually approach a problem looking at it with an investigative mindset. The scientific mindset, to be specific.
To acquire this you just need to rationalize it. Most people are very accepting to the idea of being convinced to the other side, at least on the discourse. You can just start every discussion with a question, instead of an affirmation. A question is gonna give you much more information. Always confirm what you understood with the person like âLet me see if I got it right, (say what you understood)â. Do it everytime you wanna debate something and you should be conditioned in a few months.
If you fail this one, what is to say that your ideas are true? What if youâre believing in a lie? A misunderstanding? Misinformation? Indoctrination? It is one of the most crucial skills and one of the few who pay off really well regardless of what other principles you have. Of course, if you have the other principles, your studies are going to be of absolute quality.
9 - Pushes the boundaries between what is known, not known and misknown subjectively (Be it in art, science or philosophy)
This is a privilege of very few people but itâs actually the core lesson of properly learning. You have to look at everything with a grain of salt. What usually happens is people try to learn something and they go to the most respected people in the area but this is NOT the first step you should be taking. Doubt is an essential part of learning.
To be able to do that, you gotta deconstruct the idea that your teacher/professor is telling you the truth (Which, from my personal experience, is rarely the case). Humans are fallible and so are your teachers, besides, his views are probably shadowed by his own beliefs and values. He doesnât come into class asking what you think of something, nor starts the class with an investigative mindset. (If he does, heâs a good teacher going very much against what he is supposed to in our current common educational system). Youâre the one who has to go after it. Donât trust opinions. Donât trust facts! Instead, investigate how someone reached a certain conclusion and see if that is enough for you to reach the same conclusion, if itâs not, make an argument against it, present to other people, debate and discuss, look for more evidence. If you learned by trusting facts because the academia or someone respected said so, start from scratch and do all of this one time. Whenever you feel like it, do it again. Do it enough times and youâll be thriving of your own education.
If you fuck this up............................BOI. Youâll be just like everyone whoâs attending college, only a little more knowledgeable about things, but since you wonât be able to say how you reached every single one of your conclusions, they will be effectively worthless if you want to make any progress. They will add up to the fallacy of appeal to authority once you leave college though..
10 - Understands and speaks the world most spoken language (Currently english)
Now, people are very familiar with english, at least in Brazil. They can mostly understand it really well, speaking is the real problem. Itâs important to understand english nowadays because most of what the planet has to offer in terms of information is written in english.
To learn that youâre gonna need to change your mindset of studying because unless youâre studying something specifically for one Brazilian or your native countryâs region such as in the cases of studying the history of a specific place but then again, how important is that when compared the the whole fucking planet? Basically you need to understand that everything you look for is going to be better in english. From youtube to wikipedia to google, people from all around the globe produce english content. So change your research habits to english, your cultural preference to english (Be honest they already are) and get some friends from around the globe. Facebook, omegle, even habbo counts... Reddit would be the best choice though.
If you donât learn english youâre going to be missing out 90% of what science, arts and philosophy have to offer to you and I believe that is bad enough.
Now letâs say you worked your ass off and got everything rationalized, conditioned and tested. How can one go beyond that? First of all, my goddamn congratulations for you cause that is definately not an easy or fast task. Now besides having access to all of that information, knowing how to learn properly and learning how to live life to the fullest in every sense... Go specialize yourself even further. Try to be the best at something. Now, enjoy your life, start your carreer and wait for the principles of the specialist to be posted here. At least there are just 8 of them.
The Basic Principles - PREME
To put it briefly, these principles were made to make you a good person. Now before you scream at me saying âhow can you define good? Isnât that a subjective judgment? And to that I say, Yes. It is a subjective judgmental word buut itâs better than saying an âUnbiased, never a victim, that controls 100% of his/hers emotional impulses, never gets offended, healthy, libertarianly ethical, never afraid to question people and ideas, never offends people when criticizing, , never feels âdumbâ and never judgesâ person which is the accurate way of describing it...Now, how did I reach this conclusion? I looked at 68 answers (13 answers of teachers from my work; 3 answers of close friends 41 answers of colleagues and 13 answers of some random people who came across the questionaire on the internet....Expecting the whole brute research to be posted here?? What are you? Copycat? I ainât gonna show you now. Wait till I present that research in my last year of college. Then Iâll make a post with the whole analysis. For now, youâre gonna have to deal with the brief version)
Now, finally, to the meat of the meal. These principles were designed and perfected in order to make your life objectively better than at least 90% of all humans currently alive while at the same time respecting your dreams and urges to be whatever you want to be in life. That is valid to everyone. Neurosurgeons, lawyers, salesperson, factory worker, unemployed. If you have these, youâre gonna have little problems in life. Now meet the principles:
1 - Doesnât have nor cultivates bias against other people.
~50% of the people researched had bias against Bolsonaro electors, straight white males, fat people, leftists and so on.Â
To acquire this, you need be able to distinguish that although you can draw general conclusions about general populations, you can absolutely never guess what a person is based on that only.
If you fail the first principle youâre going to cut down the possibilities of knowing the full human capabilities of the people you have bias against. For instance, you donât find interesting to talk to that âidiotâ but he might be a doctor, an architect, an excelent bartender, a street performer, a rich investor who helps people fufill their dreams or even someone that really really likes you to the point of being able to be your best friend.
2 - Doesnât victimize oneself when confronted with hardships.
~45% of people responsibilized either the government, a select group of people or society in general for their problems.
To acquire this you have to practice going out of your comfort zones and facing challenges whilst putting ALL responsability (Not the blame or fault) of what happens to you in YOUR hands. Even if you were struck by a random lightning, itâs your responsability to recover (And of course, you could avoid walking in places where you can be struck by lighting)
If you fail the second principle. Youâre can slowly decay into a mindset where your problems are not your responsability and have no solutions, and guess what, that is the textbook suicide mindset..
3 - Doesnât give things up for emotional impulses.
~70% of the answers admitted recently giving up on something that was rational but they couldnât follow through with the thing. Such as working out, studying for a test(Even though I believe studying for a test is a stupid decision...Still rational for them), even the classic clichĂȘ of not messaging an ex appeared a couple times.
To acquire that, you need to condition yourself to be in full control of your emotions. Rationalize them and prepare yourself for realistic worst case scenarios and you should slowly develop that mental discipline.
If you fail the third one, you are more likely to fall into an addiction or just make more bad decisions because of your lack of emotional control.
-DISCLAIMER: The emotional impulse definition used right there is when your feelings tell you to do something but you rationally know for a fact that this would be a bad call.
4 - Doesnât get offended by absolutely nothing.
5 out of the 68 people analyzed named something that most offended them (Which means they can get offended). ~7%. 2% if you count off my closest friends who have had training on the subject.
To acquire this you need to stop and think about everything people say. Donât just feel it. Understand it word by word and categorize it between valid criticism or invalid criticism. Itâs easier to not get offended when you realize that this person is trying to communicate something so poorly, it takes a psychologist to actually get the message.
If you fail the fouth one youâre going to get offended. Words are gonna be able to hurt you. But besides that (Which in my opinion is already bad enough) you are going to cultivate angers and hard feelings towards certain people and ideas and that is almost guaranteed to keep you away from great things or maybe you might be feeling down one day, hear something and go downhill until you reach the suicide bottom line. Do not let words hurt you in the age of the internet. That is one of the worst things you could let happen.Â
5 - Takes active care of oneâs own health.
~75% of people researched said they were ignoring health problems because of work, lack of time, good old lazyness and even for the well being of others.
To acquire that you need to understand how your body works. How you gain weight, how you lose weight, how to maintain a healthy and balanced diet, how to keep up a good routine. Basically and analogically, imagine that youâre a machine with lots of pieces. You donât need to be able to fix all of them but you gotta know how to take care of this machine of yours. Your literal life depends on it.
If you fail the fith one well... Youâre going to have a malfunctioning body and eventually die after living a long lasting torture that will be living in a body that you donât take care of.Â
6 - Doesnât commit crimes against private property.
4 out of 68 people chose not to kill an innocent human being when put in different life & death situations. That happens when you think of ethics as âWhat decision will do the most goodâ. That is called utilitarianism and it can lead to some pretty nasty reasonings such as exterminating half the universe in order to keep everyone else living a good life. You may say âBut thatâs a good thingâ. 1st, good is subjective, 2nd, I can say that Hitler did a favor to germany when he exterminated all of those people and took his country out of a crysis and youâd have to agree with me to keep your rational consistency.
To acquire that, you must understand that ethics is about universal rules. The most basic of them all is private property. Which can be summed up in one phrase âMy freedom reaches up to the beguining of yoursâ.
If you fail the sixth one, you can eventually commit a crime. And even if you donât you can also be convinced that something is not a crime based on your relativistic opinion on ethics.Â
7 - Doesnât insult with the intention of offending or changing the behaviour of the insulted.
66 out of 68 people admitted having insulted someone with the intent of making them feel bad or changing their behaviour for many different reasons. College homework, family matters, problems with friends and boyfriends.. Let that sink in.
To acquire this, you need to understand that insults and judgments are the worst possible ways of communicating your needs. If you want someone to stop doing something, 1st, you have to use precise language to describe exactly what you want to happen (or not happen) 2nd, you have to share your feelings so people understand better where youâre comming from. If you insult someone youâre most likely not gonna get what you want. Unless you have military power or monetary power. But then youâd need to communicate exactly what you want with precision anyways. (See Marshal Rosembergâs Non-violent communication to clarify and practice)
If you fail the seventh one you are absolutely guaranteed to try to communicate and make the world a better place and accomplishing the exact opposite by insulting your way in.Â
8 - Capable of questioning any idea. From your religion and political views to your very existence.
~35% of all people said that they has never questioned the existence of god, had never really changed political opinions. (I couldnât find a better way to test this principle at the time so you may dismiss this ~35%)
To acquire this you have to lose your fear of asking people questions and eventually lose the fear of asking certain questions by just being honest to your logical brain. You donât need to change opinion but a good way to start is going for something such as âWhy do I want a monogamic relationship? Why does marriage matter? Why do I believe in god? Why am I into girls instead of boysâ and try to come up with rational explanations that donât stop in âI feel like...â
If you fail the eighth one, you can be stuck with a false idea, be it a political belief, a religious belief or really any belief that is false. And if you donât think thatâs bad. Let me picture you that: If you lived 400 years ago you would never be able to question slavery.Â
9 - Criticizes without trying to offend or judge.
Everyone failed this one. No exception. I asked them to criticize 2 political figures that, at the time, brought up many feelings on the politically polarized 2017 Brazil. They all insulted the president instead of criticizing his attitudes in relation to his governance. Although some people might just be able to do it, itâs interesting to look that none of them did at said moment.
To acquire this, you need to get used to criticizing people you donât know and be very polite and serious about it. Once you practice enough and solidify your capability, you can look into what happens when you judge or offend someone instead of criticizing. See the pros and cons. Comedians use insults to get attention and polititians use judgments to push an âUs VS Themâ narrative. Chose your tools wisely.
If you fail the nineth one your criticism will rarely be taken seriously because youâll fail to get the point across because it will be mixed in with insults and judgments all over.
10 - Being capable of convincing oneself without feeling âdumbâ or generally insecure.
I couldnât find a way to test this one properly, maynly because I needed to find a way to universally lead people into self-contradiction and see how they react to it. I tried asking the definition of theft, followed by the definition of taxes and in the end asking if taxation is theft, but libertarians would be immune to this contradiction, so let me know if you have a better idea on how to test this item on a research. But what I mean by number 10 is: you can think youâre insecure about your knowledge in numismatics for example because you have no idea of what that is anyways. But discovering something and then feeling as if you are dumber or feeling insecure about your intelligence is not something healthy.Â
To acquire this you really need to dive far away of your comfort zone and look into new things and talk to people who you may think are âsmarterâ than you. (DISCLAIMER: Inteligence, smart and all definitions of inteligence are defining a non-existent characteristic. Inteligence, as far as science understands it is immeasurable. You can measure conditionings and arguments, but those are nothing but checkboxes or patterns of rationalizing. Which can one day be defined as inteligence but that day is not today)
If you fail the tenth one, you are basically prone to developing problems with self esteem and its gonna be harder to look at your own talents as they will be shadowed by your feelings of insecurity when you debate someone that proves you wrong. Or even worse, youâre going to dismiss them over your feelings.Â
Now, letâs say you actually followed all of the instructions and finally managed to have the 10 principles. What would that accomplish? Well, you can say that each principle is an accomplishment. Firstly because they are not easy to train and some are hard to understand if you lack certain logic skills but besides having all of those helpful characteristics, you can now start working your way to push your boundaries even further with the principles of excelence, which will be present in this page in a few days. Good luck out in the world. Peace!
What kind of student are you?
According to a quick analysis done on the factors that influence education, there are 3 dimensions where students can fit that have nothing to do with personality or other subjective factors.Â
They are Discipline, Passion and Experience.
For the sake of the explanation think of a competence you developed or want to develop. It can be cooking, playing guitar, learning a new language or even riding a bike. Weâre gonna call it Blank.
Now letâs analyse:
1 - Discipline: Right here, it means how much you condition yourself by practicing Blank. Can be measured on how many conditioned behaviors you can execute (For instance, I can execute 200 different fight moves, whereas my student Jerome can perform 20 moves before repeating himself. That means I developed my discipline farther than Jerome)
2 - Passion : This is how much you love Blank. Can be theoretically measured by how much dopamine is released into your brain when Blank is done. Yes, addiction is also a form of passion. An unhealthy passion, but a passion nonetheless. (For example, Grace loves to study history. Whereas I donât love it so much)
3 - Experience : This one is very self-explanatory. It means how much time you spent doing Blank. Better measured in hours of practice. The 10 thousand hour thing is a myth. Stop believing it. (To illustrate, just in case youâre so dumb that you need one, Pewdiepie has been on youtube for more time than Improvement Pill, therefore Pewdiepie has more experience)
Now you know how to track your development as a professional educator.

What is a school and why you and probably 99% of the population has the wrong idea about it.
Fist of all, what is supposed to be a school in general terms? Itâs a place where you go in order to learn about something. Itâs a place you get access to education. There are good schools, bad schools, mandatory schools, free-schools, paid schools, unpaid schools and mixtures of them all.
- Good Schools: Where you can learn something that benefits you and/or the people around you.
- Bad Schools: Where you can learn something harmful to you and/or the people around you.
- Mandatory Schools: Places you cannot escape, therefore, you are bind to learn by natural selection.
- Free Schools: Places you are free to get in and/or leave at will, therefore youâll only learn via geniuine interest.
- Paid Schools: Self explanatory name. You pay to get in.
- Unpaid Schools: Also self explanatory. You get in without paying or even receiving money to go in.
Now that you can classify schools accordingly, take a look at a few examples and try to match by Good/Bad; Mandatory/Free; Paid/Unpaid.
Skate Parks:
Answer: Good and bad (depending on the park) Free (Unless it is a private institution with anti-freedom rules) Unpaid or Paid (Seldom Paid)
War Zones:
Answer: Good and Bad (Depends on your position of power) Mandatory (It wasnât your choice to get in, even though it may be a âchoiceâ to get out) Unpaid (Taxes are paying for it)
Guitar Stores:
Answer: Almost absolutely good Free (You will never be obliged to stay or get inside) Mostly unpaid (Even though you can buy a guitar there)
Book Stores:
Answer: Good and Bad (Hardly bad, depending on the books youâre after) Free Unpaid (Unless you wanna buy a book)
Natural Parks:
Answer: Good Free Unpaid
State Schools
Answer: Good And Bad (Depending on your position of power) Mandatory (You never asked for it, youâre obliged by the state to go to and pass their exams) Unpaid (Taxes pay both the school and the people forcing you to attend it)
Martial Arts Gyms:
Answer: Good and Bad (The bad depends on your intentions of what to do with the skills and knowledge) Free Mostly Paid (Unless you work there)
Ballads:
Answer: Good and Bad (Depending on your intentions of what to do with the knowledge and skills) Free Mostly Paid (Unless someone is throwing a party, therefore paying for you)
Prisons:
Answer: Good and Bad (Mostly bad due to the nature of the institutions nowadays) Mandatory (The government obliges you to attend or live there depending on the âcrimeâ, which nowadays is mostly arbitrary) Unpaid (Taxes pay all of it)
(OBS: Please note how alike prisons, schools and war-zones are )
Those are all examples of learning spaces where one who visits it often is probably gonna end up acquiring a specific set of skills and knowledges. For instance skaters who often visit the skate park will probably be exposed to the technical names of the parts of his skateboard and will be able to perform certain tricks he learned.
Congratulations, reader(Or just me from the future). You have now openned your mind in the subject of schools, therefore capable of analysing and distinguishing a good school from a bad one. Good luck and remember. Take the reins of your education before someone takes it from you.
How to get max grade in all your tests
I have been in university a decent time by now and Iâve notice something about it. Something interesting, deplorable but in the end.. Explorable. I call it the humane test hack.
Unfortunately (Or fortunately if you wish universities and state-related educational enterprizes not to be taken seriously) universities and schools have an almost equal way of judging...I mean.. âTestingâ their slaves...I mean, students. They throw everybody inside a cube filled with chairs and proceed to give them papers with questions. Those inquires written on said papers can be usually divided in 2.
The objective ones which, at its best, grasps the students knowledge on said subject. Their counterparts reflect on paper the ideology of the test creator and THAT is where the loophole starts.
You see, a written test production almost necessarily reflects what one takes as truth or not in such a way that, if you are going to ask someone expecting a âright answerâ, youâre gonna have to base the answer on your beliefs. In my university at least, itâs usually a leftist teacher who has common misconceptions about cause and effect due to socialism. You can easily pass those tests by following certain philosophies that can be summed up in short phrases.
So if you wanna play safe, here are some steps for you to take(Enjoy):
Be Aware of your Teacherâs political opinion: This is where youâre going to base your answers on. Think of it as a role-playing game where the one who mimics the teacherâs ideology most precisely will get the better grade (Which is essentially what really happens).
(In order to see peopleâs light, we need to turn off our own) Take notes of phrases your teacher says when heâs âinspiredâ: You know that moment when he/she starts to rant about what he thinks of the world and other people and what should people be like? Summerize it under 2 or 3 phrases. For instance: âThe nature is always beautiful no matter whatâ; âCapitalism is the source of all problemsâ and âPaulo Freire is the ultimate educatorâ.
Know your shit beforehand(AKA be a self-learner): If you go to university before knowing as much or more than your future teachers, prepare yourself for indoctrination. All in all, how are you going to distinguish what is true and what is not if you havenât properly studied it? Learning quality content and learning how to analise quality content is gonna save you the horrible trouble of re-educating yourself from a lie youâve been told for 4 years straight (Not considering what people try to teach you after that). Your beliefs have to fit reality, not the other way around.
This is it. The image speaks for itself. Do NOT trust school, teachers, universities etc... They are never going to give you a good education. (Weirdely, the most famous ones tend to be the worst). You have to take the reins of your own education before someone takes it from you
How to observe Education
First and most important of all, you have to know that education only happens AFTER you have the interest. Before that, all you have is pretty much the brain ignoring events and living off of introspecion.
Now that weâre clear on the first statement, lets get started: You see that image up there? It represents the cylcle of learning. It goes from observation to theory to practice and then to observation once again.       Absorption is the first to happen. It is when you first experience something. It basically resumes itself by being a passive element in life. Only absorbing information through your senses.       Patterning is not necessarily the second thing to happen but it sure happens after Absorption. Patterning is about finding patterns and trying to predict whether something will happen or how itâll happen.       Utilizing, also not necessarily the last but sure takes place after observation. It starts when you use your previously acquired knowledge to your own benefit. (One can argue that it can also be used to benefit others but you only benefit others to feel good about yourself ;) )
Inside those lines of Absorption, Patterning and Utilising, there are 2 types of learning:
The first timers. Is when people are most interested about something so the more stuff you give/allow the person to play with, the better. Still, if youâre a teacher, make sure you donât just give your students shit to play with, remember that if youâre a human teacher (Not a book, game, simulator, etc...), knowing your students is the most important thing, even before giving shit to your students.       People use those 3 elements (Absorption/Patterning/Utilizing) in different proportions depending on their personalities so DO NOT attempt to change that, unless you plan on changing their personality first. Even though some skills are more learnable in certain quantities of OTP(Observation-Theory-Practice) but if you force them to change it, theyâre gonna be very reluctant about it and you may end up taking away interest because of boredom and lack of freedom of choice.
The Veteran learner. This one is all about challenges and pushing personal records foward. But be aware, DO NOT compare veterans to anyone but themselves. Even though is tempting for anyone to do it, teachers should only focus on the individual records of each one. Comparing veterans kills creativity as one of them will be ahead of everyone and he is going to become the example everyone wants to follow. In the end theyâre all gonna look the same and youâll end up with only one type of veteran (WHICH IS BAD).       Veterans are really used to what they do, therefore, fucking badasses on it. Still, if they donât push themselves even further away from their own limits, theyâre gonna stop the inteligent repetition and become a machine. I say that because machines can be great at what they do but they only go as far as the pre-set programing goes. The things that he/she does are so automatic that he eventually stops thinking about it, leading to a stoppage in his so advanced learning. That is one of the main reasons you see people who loved something when they were younger but eventually got tired of it. Mechanical repetition is usually the issue.
Now that youâre familiar with both types of learners, youâre gonna need a few mental tools to make useful observations on them:
What emotions are they using to learn?
Whatâs the size of the arsenal they have?
Where are they in APU terms?
How much energy are they willing to spend on it? (Aka, how interested are they?)
What is the distance between their before & after?
How is their personality affecting their learning?
Are they really using intelligent repetition or just mechanical repetition?
Are they giving themselves proper rest?
Are they keeping a healthy body?(NOT like that you filthy bastard. Healthy body means healthy brain and healthy brain means quality learning)
Are they idolizing someone too much, thus becoming copies of them?
Now get these tools and analise some people. Gamers, fighters, school colleagues, scientists, people debating, people flerting, kids playing, elders trying to understand a smartphone. Anything is valid if you are really interested in learning.
The types of teachers - PREME
Before you read, you have to understand a few facts. Teachers are not necessarily humans, they hold no responsability over your acts, theyâre not responsible for what you learn. They only respond to wheather what they are saying/doing is correct or not (Or if they are answering you at all). YOU, my friend, are the only one responsible for what you learn. (Pro-Tip) If you consider your teacher a bad one, do what you would do to any other rusty/unneffective tool. Throw it away and get a better one. (Unless the state is involved in your education. In this case...Good Luck, bitch, youâre gonna need it). Now, without further adue, the text:
First of all, the word âteacherâ comes from the verb teach, plus the sufix âerâ which is roughtly used to express the subject that performs an action and as you all know, the subject of a phrase is not necessarily a person, but something that does or suffers an action. That being said, Iâm assuming that you can conclude a book can be a teacher. I may go even further by saying âA book may be a better teacher than many of those so-called teachers we see in our common school places of our everyday livesâ.
Now for the real deal. What exactly is a teacher? Well, a teacher, is a tool you can use for learning. It can be a video-game, a book, an experience, karma, a human educator or even just a human and nothing else. The Merriam Dictionary, actually defines the word teacher as âA person or thing that teaches somethingâ. Note that OR THING. They note that because some say that experience is a great teacher, as well as karma, , making the term less of an exclusiveness of human beings.       So...Teachers are tools. What about it? Oh, beatiful voice that lives in my head, thatâs where you get to know how to use a teacher depending on its nature. Speaking about nature, you may have already guessed that there are many different types of teachers with different natures. Iâm here to clarify that a bit so you actually know what to do the next time you get a teacher in your hands.
The most common type is the Tester teacher. This kind of teacher has the objective to help you test yourself. Examples of a tester teachers are obstacles. Kinds of obstacles such as wood planks used for martial arts, written exams, literal jumping obstacles used by professional racers. Human Testers on the other hand are those people who make you question how good you are and where can your limits be. NOTE: Human teachers are hardly gonna be just one type of teacher but itâs interesting to take a look at the kinds of advantages a human teacher has in relation to a simple phisical object.
Another common type of teacher is the reality augmenters or Glasses teacher. Those are the kind of tools that help you see beyond what others see in both literal and metaphorical sense. Examples of such are telescopes, microscopes, thermal sights, nigh-vision glasses and even google glass. Human reality augmenters are those teachers that usually show their students another way to look at something they look at everyday such as providing a role-play in which they are no longer employees but employers.
One of the most overlooked teacher is the parent-teacher. Usually overlooked because many people say that parenting is not an obligation for the teacher and I must state here, it depends on YOUR educational contract with the institution. Parent teachers are tools to protect learners from consequences of their practical learning. Examples of that are helmets, climbing lines, softer ground or any tool that helps the learner not suffer the real consequences of their acts(NOTE: The learner must be able to distinct what is learning time and what is reality time, if not, learning is gonna be rather fabulist). A human parent-teacher is one that makes sure the student doesnât seriously hurt himself or die in the learning process. Common practiotioners of this art are phisical education teachers that prevent students from overusing their own body avoiding muscle degeneration.
The most used and praised teacher nowadays is the Guideline teacher. This kind of teacher is the one whoâs going to direct where learners are going. The most used example is the GPS(Global Positioning System) but there are others for instance College curriculums, teacherâs curriculums, playlists and plans in general. Human Guideline teachers are the ones that know where to point a student that wants to find something either vague or specific. A youtube channel, a site on the internet, a place, a person, a book and so on.
The star teacher for any classic nerd is the Dictionary teacher. This is the know-it-all kind of person/thing that knows close to everything related to the subject. Encyclopedias used to fufill that role back in the day when there was no internet. Nowadays wikipedia had overthrown any book-like encyclopedia one could ever ask for. However, books in general are still a thing when it comes to fact-checking. Blogs and forum posts such as this ones are great dictionary teachers as well. Human Dictionary teachers are hard to find but they exist in a fair share of percentage. Even though they canât be compared to the giants like Wikipedia and Khan-Academy, they sure fufill their role as specialists of all fields of science, arts and philosophy... (Specially philosophy).
One of my personal favorites is the Modifier. This is the kind of teacher that helps the learner to modify the environment around him, be it a virtual or real environment. Examples of this fine art would be construction tools, paint-brushs, cranes, cement, the most important of all our hands and every single object designed to help us manipulate reality around us through physical touch. (NOTE: Our imagination may also be considered a tool such as our hands). Human Modifiers are normally people with the know how on something we are striving to know, but theyâll only serve as modifiers once we hire them.
The most criticized one is the Newsletter teacher. Itâs a tool used to expose people to information. For example; Youtube, Breaking News, Television, Newsletter themselves, propaganda and many others that benefit from information. Human Newsletter teachers are the ones who specialize themselves in fact-checking. They usually have quick and dynamic information to be presented to the students, much like their youtuber, news people, propaganda counterparts.Â
An important and sometimes dangerous type of teacher are the Example Teachers. Their objective is pretty much self-explanatory. They serve as examples as people or things out there in the world so people can either look up to it, look down on it or maybe just use it as an inspiration to something. Examples on Example Teachers(lol, Inception) are celebrities, famous thinkers, parents, models of projects, finished products, milk-shakes etc... NOTE: Example teachers can be considered dangerous because sometimes they might limit the creativity of the learners and dumb down the process of education, specially if an example is presented as the only way to get somewhere or be able to do something.
Different from all the tools above, is the Rusty/Broken tool. This toolâs objective is to either stop or retard the learning process. Prohibitions, abuse of authority, bullying, exagerated exposition and many other crime-like actions can serve as lerning retarders. It can be studied by educators in order to avoid grave mistakes on the practices of education, much like Austrian Economy theories.
Now that you are well aware of the types of teachers, try to see what kind of teachers you have and how can you put a better use to them while avoiding exagerations and of course, The Rusty/Broken Tool. Good luck out there now, dear learner.
In the age of information. Not being a self-learner is almost illiteracy

School sucks, College sucks, Education sucks...But empirically speaking, there are great colleagues, friends, teachers and educators. Remember the people, not the system.

My thoughts on my college...
Guys, girls, or whoever reads this (probably me in the future), college sucks. I still have hopes that Iâm not gonna regret entering college. oh well.. Iâm not really gonna regret because Iâm in college only to make it better.WAY MOTHERFUCKING BETTER (Cuz, yâknow, my presence there is what makes it good).   Until now, college for me is a place where the teachers come, teach something that can be easilly found in the internets of life (Thatâs so true that until now I havenât seen nothing I didnât already know in pedagogy AND psychology...Oh and yeah. Iâm oficially coursing pedagogy and psychology thanks to my best friend Victor whoâs being trough some tough shit, I hope he gets over it ). Itâs a place where people meet and fuck. Itâs a place where nobody wants to discuss (tch.. as always. They keep saying shit like âOooh you donât wanna discuss that with me cause Iâm a blĂĄ blĂĄ blĂĄ on it and I blĂĄ blĂĄ blĂĄ on itâ. Itâs disgusting. I keep asking myself, how does being a blĂĄ blĂĄ blĂĄ in something makes your argument any motherfucking better, bitch? anyway. College is full of people who donât wanna study AND people who think they know more than everybody else without when they DONâT.
Today, in my pedagogy class there was a teacher...A teacher in a fucking pedagogy class saying: âGirls, in college you have to work hard blĂĄ blĂĄ blĂĄ mumbles, mumbles clichĂȘ teacherâs lines nâ shit... There is no such thing as not liking the teacher and thus not learning what heâs trying to teach youâ. If someone else other than me reads it, be aware that not liking the teacher and thus not learning what heâs trying to teach you is A FUCKING MAJOR ISSUE in education. Therefore there IS such thing. ( That was a bad first impression on the teacher but I can get over it).   Of course, I stood up and said that there was etc, etc. And she agreed with me after one or two arguments. But thatâs not the bad part. Itâs only the beguining.. A small discussion started there about how to treat a student in some cases and how to talk to the mother when she thinks the student has autism. It was a healthy discussion. Me and 2 more girls (Cause Iâm the only boy in my class) added up to the subject. Okay, healthy discussion. Everybody should learn from that cause itâs an important problem. The real problem comes later when I hear one of the girls saying that classic bullshit: â I canât believe this bitch wants to discuss autism with me. Iâm like, totally expert on this subject. There are TWO autistic kids where I work. â.   To put it in a shell, at least this girl is obviosly not ready for science. I wonder if sheâs gonna commit suicide when she realize that her scientific paper is gonna disagree with her all the time. Cause sheâs not gonna face it as a critic, but probably as an insult.   If youâre going to become a teacher dude..(Iâm talking to myself guys :v, donât bother). Have in mind that you need to teach them how to discuss xD. Cuz theyâre not gonna learn by themselves. Theyâve been taught all their life not to like to study and not to go after their dreams and objectives. Dude, the majority of them doesnât even dream of something other than money, marriage and children. You have to show them how to go after a dream, a passion, a way of life and so on.  I never get tired of saying this: People want big houses, big cars and big rings but sasireun(actually) people donât have any big dreams(BTS - No More Dream, the lyrics are modified). (Btw, BTS is love, bts is life). People should pay attention to that. They need to know that being a rich bitch doesnât help much :v. Having a dream is not wanting a fucking big house or a husband. Big dreams are not material shit you dumb fucks. They are something you love and pursue. To sum up. Having a big dream is to go where the others never went. But hey! Donât just fucking go there. Do something about it. Itâs not over until itâs over bitch. anyway. We need more people who dare to go where nobody goes. Thatâs it for now. Bye reader
