Being an adult with an eating disorder *sucks*. Not only are there like barely and specific resources available to you for treatment after you're over 18, but theres this extra stigma that you should have gotten "over it" already because it's seen as a youth only problem. I know from treatment it was often discussed amongst us that probably half of us had a pretty intense fear of getting older as well, the irony isn't lost on me. 🙄

Reblogging because this happened to me. I was NOT pro but someone reported me and I got deleted. Not only did it make me feel worse, but I no longer had an outlet for my negative energy. I was beating myself up even more after I got deleted. DO NOT REPORT. SUPPORT! Even if someone SEEMS like they’re pro, they’re not. Trust me. They’re just going through their own internal struggles. And by reporting their blog, you’re just making them struggle more. Don’t be a dick.

EXACTLY. When I got deleted I felt like my world just fell apart. The only thing that keeps me going was that account. I cried about it bc I’m a baby but then ya I eventually made a new one. But I’m still so fucking pissed that I got deleted. So please don’t REPORT OUR ACCOUNTS JUST FUCKING BLOCK US ITS LESS WORK ANYWAY.
