It’s our job to look at ourselves and going, ‘are we doing the best we can to represent everyone?’ And we’re not right now, so it’s good that we’re talking about it and hopefully in the future, when we’re looking at the cinema, you know, there will be more female directors, female DPs, stories about Asian-American actors, more diversity in film, because the wonderful thing about film is that it should be a mirror that holds itself up to society that makes us look at ourself, where we are at this point in our life, where we fit in the world, and right now it’s not doing the best job at doing that.”
