The cutest guy came to my church choir rehearsal, and I needed to run to feel like I had control over myself again. Yikes! Otherwise, pretty good run despite the many stoplights and my silly knees.
This turned out to be extremely tasty...I can't even taste the spinach. Here's some green non-dairy ice cream I made! 1 frozen ripe banana, 4 frozen ripe strawberries, ~3/4 cup or less almond milk, handful of baby spinach blended, topped with chia seed cereal (chia seeds, nuts).
Mental Health and Physical Health
Eating healthier has given me more mental room when I'm sad. I am thankful for that at least. Even after feeling used from all my previous relationships, I can still feel okay instead of scraping against the ground. It has made meditating and reflecting a less painful process for traumatic memories as well.

Sunday Reflection
I didn't eat any starches today. I feel so much mental clarity, focus, and calm...it's crazy. I do have to work on my water intake though D:...
I think the only description these need is “yum,” although maybe a “can these really be good for me?” might be accurate too! With no refined sugar, no gluten, & no animal projects, these awesome truffles are a sweet treat for your taste buds & your body!

As soon as I reached my weight goal on Perfect Diet Tracker, it auto-adjusted my activity levels to slightly above moderately active, haha. I wasn't losing weight anymore, and maybe I was just transforming fat this entire time, but I adjusted it just in case. I moved back the slider down to "moderately active" and now I'm back to a count of about 1,200 (appox) calories :(. Looks like I'm over. Oh well, running has felt amazing! I'll do it with some good music :).<3

This morning's FA score. Not bad for a rainy day! I surprised myself with my run, eating cleaner has helped me to n run much faster.
Big Changes Compared to 2011-2013
I don't like red meat anymore, so I don't eat it
When I feel like eating meat, I go for chicken and fish
I cook more to relieve stress, also, so I have control over what I eat
I love eating broccoli, especially baked broccoli (my favorite way to have it)
I love vegetable dishes, I spend time learning how to cook those
No more white starches, I rarely ever eat them
I'll eat sweets on a very rare basis. If I want sweets, I go for the sweet fruit

Before & After
Before & After...to remind myself that I'm doing well, I suppose. The greatest transformation I think, is my way of eating. I've been eating cleaner, and exercising more. I've found that with weight loss, it has been much easier to run faster. I want to see how much more fit and defined I can get with more hard work.
