There were several rows of cornhole boards set up on the lawn, kids picking out their favorite colored bags to throw, a few adults setting up their own games. Jess couldn't remember the last time they'd played the game themselves, maybe at a birthday party or something back in high school. Grabbing the tub of bean bags, Jess grabbed one out, offering it to someone loitering nearby. "Want to play a game? I have no idea how good I'm going to be. I have pretty good hand/eye coordination, but I haven't played this is literally years."

Days when their town was blessed with a beautiful winter sun coinciding with her days off were a rare occurrence indeed. It was a no-brainer that this specific day would be spent outside, enjoying whatever rays of sunshine she could with Cooper and Hazel. The little girl was busy playing in the small playground nearby with her grandmother, allowing Alicia to just enjoy a hot cup of coffee in peace and quiet. Cooper was just as glad to bask in the sun, lying down next to Alicia and digging his nose in the pup cup she had gotten him. Being the goofy dog he was, he lifted his head only to sniff at the person walking past, with cream all over his nose. "I'm so sorry if he's gotten any cream on you!" She exclaimed, realizing how close Cooper had gotten to the person.

What had started out as a fun road trip with Phoebe had very quickly turned into quite the disaster of a trip. Leila hadn't expected to ever find herself unnerved by rabbits, but when a little bunny came hopping out from the woods while walking with Brock, Leila found herself completely unwilling to let herself get dragged into the rabbits again. Her eyes shifted around quickly trying to spot if there were any threats from the rabbit cult from the previous week. All she saw was a lone individual coming her way and Leila was backed up with Brock, both of their hackles raised. Rather than risking it, Leila quickly grabbed onto the nearest tree to get herself a bit up, Brock sitting at the bottom standing guard. "If you're with the rabbit people, I swear I didn't mean to make fun of it," she called out, taking the small precaution to get ahead of the potential drama.

Rachel did not often dress out of her comfort zone, but she quite enjoyed what she'd chosen and felt like a badass. She was holding a flagon of mead and was watching the glass blowers at the Glass Gargoyle in wonder. She cheered as they finished off another handblown flower as if this was just as exciting as the tourney yet to come. She turned towards the person closest to her with a large smile. "Honestly, they deserve a standing ovation every time they finish one of those. I totally think I'm going to buy one later when I'm heading out. And possibly a flower crown too. I saw them and thought maybe it'd be fun to go with my armor."

Turning the marshmallow over the open fire one more time, Carla let out a soft hum until she was satisfied that the white marshmallow was the perfect level of burnt gooey for her. "Alright, you've got that graham cracker ready?" She asked the person next to her before removing the marshmallow from over the open fire and transferring it onto the graham cracker. "What type of chocolate do you feel like? Plain old milk chocolate or something more adventurous?"

"We're having Almond Blossoms by Van Gogh painted on one of the nursery walls, by an actual artist, but we didn't feel like having all four walls of the room the same blue shade, you know?" Theo frowned at all the paint cans in the store, speaking to the person next to him. "And I cannot see any other color going with it. I've no eye for composition." He frowned, tilting his head. "I don't know why I've been assigned this task."

Asher was out of town, Sage was dead to her, and Yas had a full two days off work. It was the perfect storm of things to leave her itching to do something reckless. For Yasemin Dogan, even a night of "recklessness" was a relatively tame affair. She'd gotten dressed up to the nines looking as stunning as possible and showed up at Holy Spirits with every intention of getting herself into a whirlwind of drama. Instead, she'd had a few fruity drinks, danced with a few strangers that bought her more fruity drinks, and then plopped down at the bar once the world started to spin. Her forehead was firmly flopped down against the bar top, a groan leaving her lips. This was not at all the night of debauchery she'd anticipated, even if it was exactly what she probably should have expected from herself. Sensing someone coming up and sitting in the seat next to her, Yas let her head shift slightly to the side, one eye peeking out from the dark cavern she'd created with her arms. "Sorry. I'm okay. I can get out of your way. In a minute. When the world stops spinning," she chattered, the alcohol in her system making her words coming out quick and ever so slightly slurred.

Tyler had next to no interest in being a part of the Providence Peak community in any way. Were it not at the insistence of her PR agent that she needed to show her face more and be present in the community for the sake of her ever floundering public reputation, Tyler would never have set foot in the community garden. As it was, she still wasn't about to get her hands dirty herself. Instead, she was lounging on a chair that she'd brought along with her, eating snacks and vaguely calling out commands to her pack of dogs as they plodded along tending to the little section of the garden that had been assigned to her. "Opal, get the water can there, over there. Yeah, right there. Now go...water the dirt or whatever," Ty called out, pointing towards the small watering can and then back towards the plots, the large Rottweiler happily doing as she was told, walking along sloshing water everywhere. Head shifting towards someone walking her way, Tyler gave a disgruntled harrumph of greeting. "What are you looking at? They're helping."

What had started out as a walk to the park with Brock had turned into a full day adventure. Leila's motivation for work had been completely sapped, something she had no idea how to deal with. Rather than confronting and dealing with her emotions, Leila instead had put every inch of her attention into her dog. After playing with some of the other dogs, Brock had settled in for a nap, Leila curled up with him under a tree. Head resting against Brock's stomach, Leila was flopped over, piloting her drone around the park to keep herself occupied. Jetting it around in circles, Leila attempted to swerve it underneath a tree branch, sending the drone spiraling out right into the path of an unfortunate bystander. "Oh! Sorry, it - the drone. Sorry," she called out, reluctantly getting up from her comfortable spot to retrieve her drone.

Kennedy was out walking Aurora in her pyjama’s with an old jacket that she’d grabbed from the back of the closet. On her walk, she was pleased to have found a joint and a set of matches in the pockets. It took a few blocks and sparking every single one of the matches to light the joint. After a few deep drags while Aurora continued to sniff each fire hydrant, she groaned when the light burnt out. 

“Shit - No.” She groaned and looked around, waving down when she saw someone. “Do you have a lighter? I’ll even share if you want.” Her hand rose with the joint pinched between her fingers.

While Yas wasn't typically on the schedule most weekends at work, there were days that she still found herself in the halls of the hospital putting in extra time and effort. That weekend she'd agreed to help with a birthday celebration that they were having in the pediatric wing for a few of the girls that wanted a princess party. Despite the years of time since she'd officially worked as a Disney princess, Yas still slipped into the role perfectly and had shown up in full costume to brighten up the party. Afterwards, she'd hopped into an Uber to head home, only to be met with what had to be the worst Uber ride she'd ever been in. Halfway back to her house, the guy got a call from a buddy to go hit the slopes and shred, dude, after which she was promptly kicked out from the car with a vague apology and left stranded downtown dressed fully as a Disney princess. Left stranded there on the sidewalk, Yas could already feel the confused stares from people around. She offered a half shrug to the first person that was there, chuckling under her breath. "Uber sent the wrong Prince Charming," she offered as an explanation.

Ken had felt numb since she was released from jail. Despite Atlas’ warnings about returning, she had basically found herself parked in front of the shelter to look at the damage. A pile of cigarette butts had gathered at her feet and she was close to finishing the one and only pack she’d brought with her. Leaning upon her SUV, she surveyed the crowd and watched individuals come to see the damage. The people this shelter was meant to help were easy to blame but the blonde didn’t believe it. 

Peering towards the person approaching her, or so she immediately assumed, she shook her head. “I don’t need anything. I don’t know what happened and I don’t know how i feel.” It had been questions people had asked her, but she soon sighed, “i’m sorry.”

“See, I can’t stand what they did to Barbara in the recent years-” He waved a comic as he shook his head to no one, and at the same time everyone, in specific. “Imagine if they decided to erase Dick’s progress as Nightwing and get him the original Robin suit again. Unbelievable!” Theo had strong feelings when it came to that, and he was about to make it everyone’s business. “Babs has  been Oracle for decades now, she’s moved on, badass from a wheelchair. And yet they insist on rewriting her as Batgirl, nevermind that there are plenty of them already.” He went on with his endless rant. “I blame the redhead fetish.”
