2. What habit does your OC have that they themselves find annoying?

he chews on his lips/the inside of his mouth when nervous, unconsciously, but it bothers him a Lot whenever he notices. he's done it his whole life and finds it kind of juvenile. he wishes he could keep it in the forefront of his mind enough to stop, but alas.

he also has several compulsions that are fairly tedious to him but they Must be done. excessively washing his hands, the hoarding of supplies/any even moderately sentimental trinkets, and knocking wood whenever he thinks somethin Bad.

10. Does your OC care about their appearance? Does this align with how much effort they put into how they look?

he tries to be very clean and well-groomed all the time. this is both on account of him being very aware about how he is perceived all the time but also he is very worried about getting dirty and sweaty and sick and also radiation poisoning. cleanliness is next to godliness after all

however he doesn't really put much. "effort". into how he looks per se. he wears pretty much the same thing every day with slight variations (like a cartoon character) and while he combs his hair he doesn't really style it. he's found out what he likes to look like and figures there is really no need to try anything new. it's his iconic look.
