Harlequin baby

Now, generally I'll be ranking a lot of the baby/buddy items the same. They add a slight bit of dps, but really you just want em for conjoined. They're a very simple item archetype, generally just made to fill slots. This item, however, is special! It is one of the only items in the game that is genuinely revolting to me. It's one of my least favorite items in the game. I'm not going to pretend it's like the *worst* thing in the internet, but it's disgusting, and I highly recommend not googling it. I made that mistake. Again, I know most of the time when people add a "do not google" adendum to their posts, people immediately google, so just please be wary. And with all that said, edmund tier.

Halo of Flies

Solid little defensive item, it's two pretty fly pills essentially. Not really gonna be *all* that excited when I find it but this blocks a lot more projectiles than you expect, so I'm putting it in b tier! Also the beelzebub transformation is good shit just for the flight.

Dr. Fetus

I love this item so much. I don't care what the character is, I will always take it, because this is one of the most fun items in the game. Plus it gives you infinite bombs. This is going in BEST. First of its kind!

Black Lotus

Kinda like the super bandage, just a ton of health. I like health, and additionally, I like not dying. A tier.
