Incredible song. DJ Shadow - What Does Your Soul Look Like (Part 4), from his amazing debut album Endtroducing which came out in '96 I think. So it's pretty old school now. But it is really influential and I think it's one of the best hip-hop/experimental albums. It's all instrumental and kind of jazzy and the whole album was made just using samples. Crazy. Really clever. Amazing. Oh whatever just listen.
Glassjaw - Jesus Glue. Great song from Our Color Green EP, which is amazing. This song is pretty heavy and progressive but it's got a proper solid latin-flavoured groove running through it. Banging tune. Check it.
John Butler - Under an Indian Sky. It's just incredible. This album is fantastic, and it has the original version of Ocean on it which is also amazing. Literally want to be on a beach listening to this song. With beer. Yeah. Check this out.
'Over the Ice' by Stockholm-based The Field. He released this amazing album on influential German electronic label Kompakt a few years ago. I've listened to it a hell of a lot since then, and I thought I'd throw something on here about it. The album is called 'From Here We Go Sublime'. It's amazing. It's minimal, ambient techno/trance with traces of shoegaze and pop - just put it on and chill!

London-based Mumdance, 'Smasher'. Mumdance uses sounds from all over the globe, in particular from Africa, and melds them with glitchy electro and club beats, sounds so fresh. What do you think?
Send and Receive (Ft Jianda)
Tycho - Sunrise Projector (2004)
This is pretty cool. Nice and chill.Â
Portishead - 'Mysterons'. One of the most creative albums I've ever heard, 'Dummy'. Trip-Hop with weird samples and alien sounds and ethereal vocals, it's amazing. This song was incredible at Benicassim. Listen up
This is sick. It's by Star Slinger, a producer from Manchester (UK). It uses a sample from Cocteau Twins with his own production - Elizabeth Frazer's vocals are all weird and indecipherable. Which is obviously a good thing! Check this, it's cool.Â
A bit of downtempo/trip-hop type of thing now with British artist BONOBO. 'Days to Come' is a good album, mellow, chilled, and it works as one long piece of music, kind of ambient in that way. This track is called 'Recurring'. Nice.

Björk. 'Hyperballad'. Amazing. The album is called 'Post' and it's sick, all the way through. She's just one of the most creative people in music, and she's been consistently evolving and doing the most unique stuff around, and that's why I like her so much. Listen to this.
Beautiful track off 'Ma Fleur' by Cinematic Orchestra. Called 'Familiar Ground', and it has legendary Fontella Bass on it. It's all jazz/hip-hop/experimental/ambient. Ha. They're on the brilliant label Ninja Tune. Give this song a chance and you might think it's pretty amazing! Or you might not. Either way, have a listen.
'Blue Light' by Bloc Party from Silent Alarm. Incredible album, completely no filler at all. I think it's their best. This song is amazing, really stripped back and drenched in reverb. Check it! Â
Why hello! Jizboptamarin is my music sub-account, I have to follow back with my main! Thanks for adding, I just discovered Crystal Fighters the other night, found their soundcloud and started hunting around on YouTube. Very nice, if they ever come close to me in America, I will go!
That's cool! Yeah I definitely recommend, they're are sick live, the vibe is awesome. Because I'm from London and they're based here I guess I have the advantage to see em! :) cheers for the message! Rey
Right this is heavy - MUMDANCE mix of 'Creator' by Santogold featuring Tempz, Slikman, Jammer, Chronik Rage and Badness. Mumdance is sick. Posted 'Smasher' a while back, check that too because it is NUTS.

'Go Outside (2 Bears Remix)' by Cults - this song is nice. A New York based band, this song's got a cool vibe. Laaavely.
Tune! Pretty much everyone knows it, sick album, and this song is catchy as hell. Sleigh Bells. Nice.
