Recommended Book List
Added 15 Feb 2023:
Big Feelings: How to Be Okay When Things Are Not Okay - Liz Fosslien and Mollie West Duffy A really good and easy read with great illustrations that keeps it light. Unlike most self-help and non fiction books. Great tips and nuggets of information.
Give and Take: A Revolutionary Approach to Success - Adam M. Grant Highly recommend! Fascinating book, a page turner for me as I have always been looking for reasons to be kinder, less self-centered.
