Happiness Is Key

We are celebrating our 3rd year together this summer…. dang.

I have lost control of everything, even the places in my head.

So I found this old gem that was taken a year ago.. It has been almost two years since I have met this sweet soul, and I am so happy I have been able share so many memories with him. This girl’s tumblr post has always burned in the back of mind: “if you only knew that your heart would break.” And honestly, I’m glad I read that. Not because I think he will (I mean he might idk), but because it is a constant reminder that we are all the same. We as people are going to hurt each other, but we have to forgive because we aren’t perfect. It humbles me. Honestly, I would let him break the hell out of my heart. It would stick with me for the rest of my life, but I would be so forever grateful to have had the chance to grow with this man. I have watched him change so much from the summer I met him until the winter two years after. From a boy, to a thoughtful Jesus loving man. He has my soul.
