Velvet confronts Charlie on her worldview of the sinners plus her incompetency as a royal (Sinner Adam AU mention)

It's based off of @almacambiondaughterofsaleos posts of the AU (shout out to them)
(Charlie and Velvet both enter the lounge area of the new hotel since the old one got destroyed from the war against the Exorcist angels. The two demon princesses sit across from each other)
Charlie: (in her usual bubbly self) "Before we start, do you want something like tea?"
Velvet: "I'd like tea please, any flavor"
Charlie: "Coming right up!" (she snaps her fingers and a cup of tea appears in front of Velvet)
Velvet: "Thanks" (she takes a sip of it)
Charlie: "So what do you want to talk about? You did say it's important, is it about redemption?" (curious)
Velvet: "Oh, yeah, it's both about that and your worldview about the sinners."
Charlie: "Oh goodie! Another demon princess is on board about redemption!" (excited)
Velvet: "Um, actually, I don't share the same views as you do on that" (sipping on her cup of tea)
Charlie: (her excitement dies down and is confused) "Wait, why? What's wrong with redeeming sinners?"
Velvet: "I'm going to be very blunt with you but the sinners don't deserve second chances"
Charlie: "Wha-? Of course they do when they feel sorry and apologize."
Velvet: "A simple apology doesn't undo what they've done in life for them to be here or what if they don't really mean it at all in their apologies?"
Charlie: "I know they make mistakes in life but not everyone here is a monster."
Velvet: (scrunch her nose a bit on what she said) "These are not small scale mistakes like accidentally misspelling someone's name, it's a choice they made to commit sins."
Charlie: (she seems a bit speechless that she can't counteract that argument, she's struggling)
Velvet: "I'm sorry to burst your bubble but these sinners really don't care to change themselves for the better, they know what they did to warrant being here yet they still don't care. They'll continue being POS without repercussions."
Charlie: "But they have to change, I want them to be in Heaven so they can escape from being slaughtered, they're my people. I have a duty to protect them."
Velvet: (she looks at her as if she lost her marbles) "Your people? What about the Hell born demons? Aren't they your actual people?"
Charlie: (once again struggles to counterclaim her point)
Velvet: "Are you even aware on the living conditions they're in? They're struggling to survive and live plus they have to deal with classism from the elites. Why don't you help them instead on improving their lives a bit? You have wealth, why can't you offer them jobs at your hotel instead of having your girlfriend and the two sinners who are in chains by their master do all the work?" (pauses) "Also your "people" are scum, why would you want to help serial killers/rapists/sex offenders/pedophiles/abusers/dictators/etc.? They could be redeemed but they have a high chance in relapsing, there's no point."
Charlie: (she's having a mental battle with herself)
Velvet: "You clearly don't care about the sinners nor the Hell born demons. You claim you do on the former but your worldview contradicts it. How would you feel that a victimized winner in Heaven sees their offender up there with them that they get re-traumatized?"
Charlie: "I...I...I don't realize-"
Velvet: "Of course you won't realize because you don't think at all and you have tunnel vision when it comes to your hotel. It's all about the damn hotel and your dream plus wanting your mommy to come back home from buying milk."
Charlie: (has tears in her eyes)
Velvet: "I heard that Adam is down here and he's completely right about you. You're so delusional that you think you're helping others when in reality you're hurting them from your selfishness that he sees right through you like glass. I bet that you're trying to change him to your low standard of niceness without trying to understand emotional depth. Also, use your fucking royal title to help that spider porn star for real instead of doing absolutely nothing to help him."
