You wake up early, because you got plenty of sleep last night. You're on schedule of course, and you wake up just minutes before your alarm, since your body is used to the new routine. On your bedside table sits your phone and a glass of water, which is all you need through the night. You sit upright, throwing off the covers which drown your slender body at night. Spindly fingers check your phone, looking briefly at the thinspo bodies which now resemble your own. You're reminded of how far you've come, and how hard you've worked.
You go down to breakfast. Normally you don't eat in the mornings but you're going to need some energy, so you fix yourself some low-GI fruits and a coffee. As you eat you check your socials. Your instagram has tons of new followers and your recent post has new likes. People are fighting over themselves in your comment section asking about your fitness routine and product suggestions. You've become an influencer without even realising.
To get dressed for the day you want to pick something that shows off your toned abs and flat stomach. Shirts sit so comfortably on you now, never too tight, but rather hanging down from your collarbones. You could fit into kids sizes if you wanted, and you know it. You pick out a pair of pants and your favourite top.
As you do your makeup in the mirror you wonder in amazement at how many products you no longer need. The contour is unnecessary when your cheekbones already could cut glass, and your eyes just take a coat of mascara, since they seem so big with all the chubby cheeks and face fat gone. Your body is weightless, without all the chub it used to carry, and you are unburdened and stunning, ready to face the day.
best workouts iâve tried đ¤
cardio:
- iâve been doing this for a while now and have not only seen a change in my body, but a change in my endurance! i used to not be able to stand cardio, now i can do this with no breaks.
abs:
- this oneâs pretty well known but iâve done this one each day for just a couple days now and iâve already seen and felt a MAJOR difference. my waist looks and feels a lot tighter and i feel much more secure in the clothes i want to wear. this one can be tough because it goes for 10 straight minutes with no breaks, but you can always pause the video if you need to!
thighs:
- iâve seen notable differences with this! just doing this each day for about a week with a calorie deficit, iâve lost multiple inches off my thighs and feel much more comfortable in clothes that show my thighs! feel free to do multiple times for more burn.
booty:
- like the ab workout, you will have to pause these if you want to take a break, but both of these are awesome. i had lost a lot of weight between april 1 and now and lost a few inches off my booty, so i started doing these and i felt a difference almost immediately. i feel much more confident now! the first one is great for growing and perking up the glutes and the second is great for building muscle in your hips to round them out and keeping mobile, healthy hips!
upper body:
- iâve noticed a big difference in how i look in clothes with these. doing the first, my chest looks much perkier and even bigger than before. doing the oppserve workouts, iâve seen a huge difference in my shoulders, neck and collarbone. my collarbone is much more pronounced and my shoulders are much smaller and less rounded!

You wander into the kitchen where you fix yourself a cup of coffee and grab some fruit for a snack to tie you over til lunch time.
Itâs time to get dressed and you look through your closet to see what you want to wear. You know that whatever you choose, youâre going to look amazing and turn heads as you walk down the street. A simple dress is all you need today, and the neckline shows off your ballerina-esque collarbones. Your long slim legs extend from the skirt, not even close to touching.
You feel no need for makeup today, opting to put on a light sunscreen and lip balm, before grabbing your bag and heading out the door, ready to start your perfect day.

Yes starving is hard but so is

When I was like 11 I used to be so skinny I was like 40 kgs and underweight and I actually could do this if I stretched my arms as far as I could I think I kinda cramped it once :")
And then there was this A4 sheet challenge I saw in a magazine and I was so small and yet I couldn't guess I've got like huge, HUGE ribs :'''''')

Guilty pleasures

The best part about weight loss is feeling it, finally, after being uncomfortable for so long. Itâs running your hands over your hip bones, feeling your collarbone and sharp shoulders, the space between you and your clothing when you move. Itâs sitting down without your stomach bulging. Itâs walking without your thighs slamming together. Itâs placing your hand to the side of your face and feeling that delicate cheekbone in your palm. Looking thin is great, but feeling thin is amazing.
