Wild magic surge -  Caster and their party get sent to the distant future, to a random ship inhabited by a crew of space bounty hunters who employ the party’s help to find the space bandit leader who goes by “Karagithanarinorth”. Hope your DM doesn’t kill you.

Wild magic surge - When the caster is killed, they come back as a ghost of themselves, but retain all the memories of a random NPC who has died this game.

Wild magic surge -  The target polymorphs into the nearest animal (non-humanoid), but retains the ability to speak and the ability to hold and use a weapon

Every player other than the caster rolls for the wild magic surge, without letting the caster look at the results. The caster must then choose the player whose number they which to use.

Wild magic surge - The original spell is reversed to the caster if casted on another target, or cast on a random target if cast on self

Wild magic surge - An imp is summoned and immediately becomes a slave to the caster, but it always does the exact opposite to what it’s ordered to do (the DM decides if they want to tell the caster this fact)

Wild magic surge - Any time the caster sees any “female-presenting nipples”, they do a Tumblr and try their hardest to censor it.

Wild magic surge - Caster never gives target up, never lets target down, never runs around, or hurts target. Caster is a pacifist when faced with target.

Wild magic surge - Any time the caster manages to succeed five rolls in a row, they must recite the entire Hit or Miss TikTok, dance included.

Wild magic surge - Caster must state how they think a dog would wear its pants. A dog walks up to him wearing pants the opposite way, proving him wrong.

Wild magic surge - Caster’s armour becomes animated. As a result, sometimes animation errors occur, changing the proportions of the armour.
