So, Linus “Bones” Igawa (he says his friends call him Bones because nobody can prove him wrong, but maybe I’ll go on about that more in the future) is a Cattalin (I can provide the link for the Homebrew I made for his race) wild magic sorcerer who was trained in his wild magic power by a Loxodon called Tedchi. In his lore, Tedchi retired a few months ago, aged 194, after teaching Bones for six years (Cattalin mature at 12 years old). About five minutes before the carriage arrived, Bones asked Tedchi for advice on achieving his life long goal of combining his three favourite things - Goblin culture, magic, and spinning tops - into one big mechanism he calls the “Magic Goblin Spinning Top Of Slight Doom (With Added Party Poppers For Efficiency)™” (I have another fun story about the trademark I’ll tell in the future if people are interested), but Tedchi speaks hella slowly, only managing to say “I know a guy up in the northeast, but I don’t remember his name. He lives in a town with a fountain and a statue of a demon-” before Bones had to run to the carriage. In his Aussie accent, he asked the carriage driver if he knew anything about this place, reciting what Tedchi told him, and when the carriage driver confusedly said he had no clue, Bones just said “I’ve got 20 gold and a silver tooth, how far will that get me away from here?” Now he wanders the lands, looking for help with making this mechanism, and also helping civilians in order to get money to survive.
