A Peculiar Plushie

What kind of stupid question is that? Of course you like giveaways. And since I recently hit 300 followers and am feeling a bit more confident in my art, I think it’s time I did an art giveaway of something a little more… substantial.

Heyyyy, so I know I said information regarding the 300 followers giveaway would be up within the next week. I'm still working on art for that, mostly because I'm trying to pace myself a little bit after the beach event. Throughout, I was staying up super late pretty much every single night, and it just wasn't healthy for me. Especially since I frequently clopen at work.

In the meantime, though, I can do an ask call. Just like or reblob this post, and I'll throw Leilani at your blog. You all know the drill. Pokeblogs only, let me know if you want a specific muse for her to interact with, and if your and blog is a side blog, please let me know what it is. It's not always obvious.

I'll probably start sending out the asks on Tuesday, when I'm off work. And I'll keep working on the giveaway stuff.

[⚡] Guess who made yet another new blog? That’s right, me that’s who! Yet another Pikachu OC. I really need to stop… This time it’s Detective Pikachu based.

[🐾] Meowth had seen his fair share of odd things during his travels across the many different regions with Jessie and James. He’d come across Pokemon that few had ever had the chance to see in their lifetime. But this was by far one of the weirder things the feline had stumbled across.

For starters, he could tell that the creature looked like a Mew. He had seen the pink cat enough times to be able to spot one. Yet at the same time, this was a mere plushie. A toy. But she was alive. That much was very clear to the Rocket cat. How that was possible, he had no idea. There were many possiblities as to why this Mew toy was alive.

Still, a are Pokemon was a rare Pokemon at the end of the day. He had no idea what Team Rocket could do with a Pokemon like her, but she had to be useful somehow right? For now, it was best to place it safe and earn her trust before he made any sudden moves to take her to the boss.

The feline plush looked at the Meowth, mismatched eyes staring at him for a moment. She was currently attempting to stitch her chest patch back on, a few pinkish red flames coming out of the gaps every now and again. She blinked, processing for a moment what the other had said.

Was he... speaking English like a human...? Either way, he seemed friendly enough, though she decided to exercise caution, turning to face him as she continued stitching.
