When it comes to wanting to make a change or when you finally decide what you want to manifest as most of us we usually doubt that we wouldn't be able to manifest it. ๐คโฆJust in case you think it's terrible to doubt just remember that it's totally fine and that almost everyone even the people who are powerful manifesters (all of us). ๐คโฆJust remember literally emotions or how you feel doesn't matter when manifesting all that matters is persisting. ๐คโฆNo you don't need a perfect self concept either all you need to do is persist. You don't even have to be patient to persist literally just do what u want to do when it comes to manifesting and watch the magic happen
Giving up
Read this if you feel like giving up
๐ค...I feel like if you been sad or feel like giving up I need you to realize that once you feel like your 3D isn't showing you what you want, that's a sign to shift your focus and be more serious about it. ๐คโฆOnce you realize that the 3D shows your past thoughts than you should start persisting and affirming for your new story BUT if you feel like you been doing that and your tired than you might need to reconsider how much you repeat the old story to yourself if you constantly do more of repeating the old story than that's what your gonna expect to see.

Why your not seeing results
๐คโฆ9 times out of 10 from what I hear y'all be stressing y'all selves tf out. Like I always hear "I did this I did that I tried to persist and I didn't get results" most of the time y'all either kept complaining and giving up when y'all didn't see results or you genuinely just didn't persist at all. Since that happened y'all prolly tried another method to see if you could get results and guess what you prolly ended up not getting results so you gave up. ๐คโฆWhen I was giving advice to people when ever they didn't get results they usually come back 3 days later saying they haven't been seeing results and most of the time y'all stop persisting and go back to the old story. This is the problem here when your not satisfied some of y'all start to repeat the old story and again and just stick to the old story.
How to finally get results when spiraling
Sitting with yourself and straight up affirming / rampaging
๐คโฆ First I recommend sitting with yourself everyday and affirming till you feel better most of the time you might not feel better so honestly you don't have to feel better just affirm enough to the point where it kinda is stuck in your head. Like you can kinda just naturally repeat to yourself in your head. During this time period, I recommend affirming mainly for stuff that will help in the long run and just affirm my desires when I feel like it.
For example: "Regardless of any and everything I have all my desires" "I have my desires regardless of how much I doubt"
"I do all of this and I still feel like giving up"
Mirror work
๐คโฆA powerful method for self healing and self love is Mirror work. Every morning I recommend going on the mirror and saying "Hey (your name) I love you" Basically saying stuff to yourself to make you feel better. ๐คโฆMaking an intention or saying what you wanna focus on for your day when your in the mirror is something beneficial in the long run because when we set an intention 9 times out of 10 we usually wanna actually do it. ๐คโฆMirror work can cause you to cry when you first start but it's all gonna be worth it at the end. I like mirror work because your telling yourself what you have and it's a good confident booster to remind yourself of what you have.
Finding something that could help you in the long run
๐คโฆWhat I mean by this is picking a simple hobby you could do to make your mind wonder from all the stress. For example:
Yoga I recommend doing positions that would make YOU feel good
Do simple breath work (wim hof method)
Listening to theta waves or some other deep waves
Journaling
Shadow work prompts

Manifesting a dream body? Start commanding it.
You can definitely make your body do whatever you want it to. In fact, your body is one of the easiest things to manifest (out of A LOT of things!)
Examples:
Actors can literally cry in command.
Christian bale has learned to make his body sweat at the same time for every shoot/scene in american psycho.
Your friend that can eat a whole buffet but doesnโt gain weight? Itโs because they believe that they canโt gain weight. Itโs their mindset.
Abdullah eats like shit and manages to have a healthy body because he knows that no matter what he eats, he is still in perfect condition.
Amou Haji, the โWorldโs dirtiest manโ did not shower for 60 years because he believes that soap will give harmful effects on him. He lived โtill the age of 94.
My uncle (when he was a teenager) used a placebo that the more he eats eggs, the more heโll grow taller. Heโs now the tallest in our family.
I literally eat chocolate/sugar DAILY, and yet i have NEVER lost my figure. Even everyone kept telling me that they like my body.
A swimmer wanted to improve his backstroke and asked scientists for help. He literally just visualized himself performing the backstroke in his mind, and his performance got better and even developed more muscle.
Those โslimming teaโ advertisements? Theyโre LITERALLY ALL PLACEBO. It has been debunked that there is no such drink to make you lose weight, and it only works because you believe it does.
So yes, you can manifest your dream body without dieting/exercising.
If itโs not your thing to do that, then donโt. Simple. Just persist in the notion that yes, you do have your dream body no matter what you do or eat.
If you want to exercise and eat healthy because it makes you feel good, then you can! Just donโt stress about it and trust yourself. Remind yourself that you donโt need to do any of that shit because itโs your mindset thatโs doing the work.
You are not doing anything wrong, if people make fun of you and tell you that youโre supposed to do this and thatโ fuck emโ! Sounds like they base their belief in logic and lack of loass teachings. We all know that logic doesnโt exist in our reality.
Remove limiting beliefs and start believing in yourself.

It's all happening for me in 2023.
I know everyone says persist persist persist...but to be honest, it's easier said than done. So what are we supposed to do whenever our mind refuses to accept our desires as reality?
First things first our brain is so powerful and we don't even know half of things that it's capable of. Secondly we must understand that in order to manifest, imagination plays a huge role. I remember watching in a video that a psychologist did an experiment with a group of people. He taught them a small play in piano, so they could learn it fast. While these people were playing in the piano he took brain scans of them. Then he told them to imagine vividly as if they're playing the music and took another scan. And guess what? The scans were literally the same, and you couldn't tell which one was taken in the moment of imagining or really playing the piano. So this means that the brain cannot tell the difference between an action that's done in reality and imagination. The good thing about it is that we can trick our brain into thinking that the things we imagined are real. We should imagine a lot, especially before sleeping, and we'll fall in a state of wish fulfilled.

You can literally have anything you want. You just have to believe you deserve it. Thatโs a big mindset shift from just wanting something. When we want things, it implies we are chasing it and donโt exactly feel deserving. When you know with upmost confidence that something can be yours, youโre basically just waiting for it to happen. In order to believe you deserve it, you must be confident. At peace. And aligned with those goals. You are a magnet; and youโre attracting whatever youโre putting out.

How To Build the Woman that You Want to Be -1
In order to be the woman you want to be, you have to start building her today. Sheโs not going to be built overnight. No matter how many subliminals you listen to you, or how many Pinterest boards you make - the harsh truth you have to accept is that you are going to have to put in the effort. Nothing solid comes without effort.
Step One:
Accept that it will take time.
Understand that you will make mistakes. You may not be consistent all the time. You may fall off your routine. Promise yourself that in the event that happens, you WILL get back up and fight harder. You may give up in the short term for a day or two - then you get yourself together, and aim for the long run.
Step Two:
Note down your โOld Story.โ This is your current self who you want to change for the better. You will write everything only in the past tense and in third person. You will not use โIโ or โmeโ or โmyself.โ Here are some guiding questions/ template:
โShe was someone who _________ (what are the things you donโt like about yourself? For instance, she never considered herself smart enough or beautiful enough). She used to struggle a lot with ___________ (Note down all your insecurities, even the tiny ones). She was a ______ friend (were you a toxic friend? Did you gossip a lot? Did you start drama? Were you supportive?). She felt _________ (what did you want the most and didnโt get? Ex: unheard, unattractive, underconfidentโฆ). She was too ______ (qualities that come in the way of your success- anxious, shy, people pleaserโฆ.). People treated her _______________ (did people pay attention to you? Were you invisible? Were you ignored or bullied?).โ
This is your old story. We are going to say RIP to her very soon. She is someone who you will now only fondly remember, like an old acquaintance. You will not hate her or despise her. You will not be cringed by her or embarrassed of her. Youโre going to accept her as the person she was, youโre going to forgive her and move on with your new life.
Step Three:
Note down exactly what sort of a woman you want to be. Be honest to yourself, this is for your eyes only. Best if you keep it on your Notes app so that you can see it at your convenience. Write this in third person.
Here is a guide (you donโt necessarily have to follow this):
โThis is the girl that everyone knows (if being well-known matters to you). She looks _____________ (glamorous? Trendy? Posh? Ideal body type that is attainable to you?). Sheโs fabulously unattainable (if having high standards is important to you, which it should be). Few have access to being in her inner circle but sheโs somehow a part of every relevant social circle (if being private and well-connected matters to you). People think of her as ____________ (all the qualities that you want to be). She loves to _________ (travel? Visit art galleries? Play instruments? Ride horses? Dance ballet? It doesnt matter if you dont have that hobby yet - what do you envision for yourself?). Her life is _______ (quiet/ peaceful/ very happening/ extroverted). Her job is ____________ (business owner? Lawyer? Doctor? Nail tech?), and she is incredibly focused at it, achieving all that she wants. Her best skill set lies in ______________ (creativity? Strategy? Be specific - donโt just say leadership, define it). In her free time, she ___________ (attends fashion shows/ spends time in the nature/ goes to high profile galas/ plays a sportโฆ you get the gist).
Her mornings consist of ___________ (sleeping in, relaxing and getting a massage? Waking up early, getting a workout in? Write what feels natural to you). She lives in a _________________ (penthouse/ farmhouse/ mansionโฆ.) in ________ (city/ town). Sheโs ______ (active/ low-key) on social media. She dresses ________ (describe style) and looks the best in ________ (NOT what you look best in now, what do you want to look your best in?).
She is ________ (single/ relationship/ married/ fiancรฉ - remember this is for future self, not current self). If she isnโt single, her partner is her soul mate and biggest supporter. They are ____________ (qualities you want in a partner). They work in _______________ (career you want your partner to have). They are ______________ (physical traits). Their way of spoiling you is ______, _____ and ________ (write a minimum three). They love you because of your ___________ (qualities that you want yourself to have as a partner). They think that you are ____________ (sexy? Adventurous? Nurturing? How do you want your partner to think of you?).
She has _____ (many/ close select few) friends, who absolutely adore her. She is the friend who _______ (the best qualities you think friends should have). She remembers everyonesโ birthdays and the smallest things. Her friends love her because she is one of a kind.
Her family adores her. She is able to be emotionally supportive of them and they, in return, respect her boundaries. They are proud of their child, no matter what. They only want the best for her. She has a beautiful, healthy relationship with her family.
She is at peace with life. She has abundant ________ (things you want - health, wealth, prosperityโฆ.). She is independent and emotionally strong, and can fight through any challenge. She has boundaries, and does not break them. She protects her peace. She does what is fair and just, and does not stoop to being mean, rude or tacky. She handles even the worst situations with grace. She is a woman that people love and respect. Everything about her is admirable - even her flaws.โ
This is your new story. This is the only story you will ever give yourself (of course you can make changes whenever) and the old story is out. You are not your flaws or your weaknesses. The woman that you have written in that template is you, and you are going to build her and exactly that life.
Step Four:
You need to sleep on your Old and New Story, in case you need to make any changes. Give yourself a day or two, try to understand more in depth the kind of life you want. The life you want shouldnโt be what your parents want or what your friends want - it should be personal and yours. Donโt rush writing your Story.

hera, can i get some advice? how did you just do it and how did you keep going no matter what? itโs easy to start something, but it seems so difficult to continue that same thing. i always do my best for the first 3 days, then i drop it/give up. itโs a bit nerve wracking to have this bad habit of mine because of the concept of time and life work/responsibilities catching up to me. i would love your input. if you answered this before, im sorry! i didnโt see it :[
Pursuing your goals no matter what is a matter of practicing discipline. We won't always feel motivated and inspired, so it's always going to be up to us to step up and do it despite the absence of the feeling. Here are my tips:
