Unreliable narrators are one hell of an idea. You can just write whatever, and if a reader points out "hey the way this scene happened should not be physically possible if it's done the way this character described it", you can just be like "yeah I don't trust that fucker either."

I still can't believe that the TADC fandom is a trillion times more upset about spoilers, than honest to god racism, bad and even bigoted writing on very crucial aspects, shady company behavior, questionable casting, alongside whatever the fuck Gooseworx was, and still is on.

Something really needs to be said about the amount of queer shows with queer fandoms that are weirdly apathetic towards racism and misogyny.

I absolutely blame Facebook for this shift. Words cannot describe how freaking WEIRD it was in the mid-00s when there was suddenly this popular website where you were required to use your real, brickspace name and encouraged to post photos of yourself. Every single bit of Standard Internet Safety prior to then said that you should never ever ever do either of those.
