"Happy mother's day, mum!" Brieh said in Finnish. It was her first Skype time with her mother. As well as being her first mother's day away from Fin;and. For the past eighteen years of her life, she had always come home from Mother's day or any special occasions. This year, she can't due to everything from school. She has to catch up from the materials she missed last few weeks when she was gone. Also, Julian seemed to be needing her companion as his friend while he was in hospital. "I sent you something along the road, just wait for wait, okay?" She winked.

"I'm sorry, I can't come. There;s a lot of work here. How are you doing though?" Brieh asked gently. Her mother's face was a little pale than usual. She seemed to be sick. "I'm okay. Just a little worse." her mother smiled. "Muuuum....." Brieh insisted on her lying about her condition. "Brieh, you listen to me. I'm about to go on an operation and it's going to be okay, I promise. Now, don't cry, sweetie." Her mother smiled gently. It has been four months that her mum's been sick. Brieh didn't realize it quick but, tears were down her face. Honestly, Brieh couldn't handle her emotions sometimes and she just wanted to explode. In front of her laptop screen, lied her mom on a bed, helplessly a little dependent on the medical engines.

"I'm sorry mum, I've been a bad kid." she cried a little bit, as she looked up. "I--I didn't mean this day to be a sad day. All I want for today is for you to be happy. Like years back, when I brought you flowers on Mother's day. I'm sorry." Her mum just stared at her. "It's okay, honey. Yes, I do remember when my little girl was just a girl and she had no idea that fairy tooth was real." her mum laughed."Brieh, one thing you should know, I love you no matter what happens."
