Find a way to release your guilt.

Guilt can weigh very heavily on you, and it would be better for you if you released it. This can mean confessing and doing some form of penance, but that is up to you. But you need to stop carrying it.

Say this: "I deserve to speak up and be listened to.” How does this make you feel?

Failing is a part of life.

You WILL fail sometimes. This could be a stumble or a faceplant. It doesn't matter. And it is OK.

The key is to get back up and try again/keep going. No matter how many times you fall, get back up 1 more time than that.

Don't forget to wash and change your bedsheets and pillowcase, as well as wash your blankets. Once a week is a good schedule, but every two weeks can be ok as long as they aren't obviously gross. Do what is best for YOU.

Every month, when a pregnancy does not occur, the built up lining in the uterus is expelled from the vagina. This is called menstruation, period, monthly gift, that time of the month, and many other things.

This is a completely natural process that happens. It does not mean you are unclean, and it is not caused by eating meat. This happens simply because you did not get pregnant.

Just. Do. It. It is hard, but you can conquer this!
