The artists and writers contributing have all made some stunning work, and with what's going on where I live right now (beloved United States, pls. pls stop sir), whether you're trans yourself or not, there's so, so many caring people that really need support in our community right now. I'm honored to participate in a project that is specifically prioritizing trans storytelling in fandom, as that's always been something that's made me feel the most seen, and picked me up in darker moments.

*favorite defense attorney… yeah I said it. Phoenix fans can fight me. (ok this is a lie/klav taking over my brain. sometimes I definitely prefer Beanix to him …. Sometimes… hey apollo can you fist fight your 2nd, better mentor for a second, I gotta check something)
As for the content of my comic, all you get to know is that it’s my klavier is an insecure gay little freak agenda. (he’s also gay. did i mention he’s-) yes it's the apollo zine. No I won't actually show you my drawings of apollo, that's behind the paywall. (WHICH IS GOING TO THE TRANS LAW CENTER BUY UR COPY PLEASE SUPPORT PEOPLE WHO NEED IT VERY BADLY AND ALSO GET A ZINE GOOOOOOOO!)
Additionally, it must be mentioned that it’s WILD to me that I changed my name to Apollo a few months prior to this zine launching, and then it being the first charity zine I’ve gotten the privilege to participate in TvT I felt very lucky to be discussing my top surgery recovery in a zine server where people were literally making comics about that at the same time!

Very much something I will be slowly chipping away at and only getting started in proper years down the line, I think. I was using it as a way to build my portfolio for boarding gigs, but have decided I'm gonna focus more on foundations first with something else! (since it was a longass script that needs work anyways lmao)
all this to say, I do have a lil work in progress blog for it! formerly known as edgeverse, the world my thesis film takes place in, now presenting... blood/ichor!
