Resident fairytale character

its weird being 18, 19, 20 in 2016 because i remember going into kindergarten and seeing those chunky ass giant computers at the desk and then going through school while technology rapidly develops and graduate in a world where people can have the entire internet and more just in their pocket like idk its so strange to me

It’s so weird like, because of how technology developed, i sort of associate the different technology with those ages. Like, in my mind, elementary schools and middle schools all have the big chunky computers, and having laptops/more advanced computers is like, only for high schoolers. Even though I know that’s incorrect.

So the police and fire station are right next to my library which is a pokemon gym and pokestop. The cops are blu team and the firefighters are red and they are constantly fighting over the gym. I found out cuz i was adding a pokemon to the gym and some cops noticed me playing pokemon and they asked what team i was on and i told them blu and they were like damn right and told me about the situation.

this is pure and good, 2k16 is getting better because of pokemon

I can’t believe I actually lived though the full transition from VHS to DVD. Like there are people alive who have never seen a VHS tape….I remember when we were still tryna figure out how the fuck they got a full movie onto a cd. 

I still have this exact tape in my house

The thing about this is that sculptures like these in art history were for the male gaze. Photoshop a phone to it and suddenly she’s seen as vain and conceited. That’s why I’m 100% for selfie culture because apparently men can gawk at women but when we realize how beautiful we are we’re suddenly full of ourselves…
