“Not at all!” Bobble responded, shaking his head at Prilla when asked if he minded going to Tiana’s. If he didn’t want to head there himself, than he wouldn’t have suggested that place. Granted, the blonde mostly did so because he was aware Tiana’s carried more options for Prilla to eat, and it wouldn’t be any fun for either of them if his friend was forced to eat something at Beuno Nachos that she wasn’t content with, much less had to pay for. Not that Bobble was planning on letting Prilla pay. “I’m prefectly content with heading towards Tiana’s! It’s actually been quite some time since I’ve last been there, so now would be the perfect opportunity and what matter than to be going there than with one of my closes friends, hm?” He continued, chuckling at the skipping comment. She was in quite the spritely mood already, so he didn’t mind skipping along with her if she wanted too. “Shall we sing a little tune while we skip as well? You’re choice!”

     Prilla’s heart absolutely melted when Bobble referred to her as one of his closest friends. His immediate acceptance of her high energy and willingness to go along with it, offering to sing a little ditty as they skipped was more than she could ask for in a companion—not to mention that he was happy to go out of his way to the restaurant she wanted. Tilting her head as she considered the question, there was a wealth of song choices she could have gone with, but it had to be Wizard of Oz. The sidewalks of Walt Grove were their yellow brick road. “We’re off to see the wizard,” she said decisively. “I’ll be Dorothy, and you’re the Scarecrow—because you’re so smart!” Prilla giggled. “We don’t have to sing the whole way though.”

Fawn saw her hands come together and knew she was in for some sort of a rush. Laughing along with her and soaking in the energy of it all. Fawn tilted her head side to side. “You know, a bubble tea sounds really good actually. And just as you said it’s a snack and a drink all in one. I think that solves all problems someone could have in one.” She teased already leading the way. “What’s your favorite kind? I can’t say I’ve explored my options well enough.”

    Prilla nodded, smiling as she followed Fawn and they headed toward the nearest boba shop. She didn’t consider herself an expert on all things bubble tea, but she did have a favorite. “I really love the matcha green tea. The fruit ones are good, too—especially with the popping boba pearls that burst in your mouth!” She hummed at the delicious thought and added, “You can get whatever you’re sure you’d like and then have a taste of whichever one I get, too; that way you can try more flavors.”

“nice to meet you as well, Prilla. That’s an interesting name. I mean not a bad one, just not like a common one you hear all the time.” Shrugging a shoulder he thought of his close friends, and how most of them all had the same generic names. “Eh… well I’m not much of a veggie on pizza kinda guy but green bell peppers and banana peppers are a total win. I can get you others if you like them though. Perks of knowing the pizza guy.”

     “Thank you,” Prilla replied when he complimented her name—well, she took it as a compliment, even if he just meant to say it was unusual, she had long ago decided that being unique was a good thing. Her jaw dropped slightly as he mentioned that he wasn’t a fan of veggies on pizza. “What about mushrooms?” she cried. “Although I suppose they’re a fungus and not a vegetable...Still! How about spinach? Have you tried it with tomatoes or broccoli? Give me all the veggies.”

“Oh, you mean method acting?” It was something that Sharpay found helpful with certain roles. The other students at school found her a bit crazy for doing it, this much she knew, but she didn’t care. They weren’t the ones getting the roles that she did, after all. “Well, I find it helpful to stay in character, even when I’m off stage. It helps me get into the mindset of character so that I’m ready to go when the scene begins. I know it sounds like a lot of work, but it really does help.”

     “Method acting,” Prilla repeated, rolling the word around on her tongue. Staying in character even when you were off stage. Sharpay was right about one thing: that did sound like a lot of work. She supposed it paid off in the end, though, if it was what made the blonde such a good actress. “Is that the only option?” she wondered aloud, not meaning to contradict her role model, but feeling like it would be a hard practice for herself to maintain. “How can you stay in character when you’re talking to your friends and family; don’t you just want to be yourself?”

He let out a quick laugh as he watched her begin to gather up all of their books. Not being one who would want Prilla to do it all by herself, Bobble closed his own book he had been reading and stacked it on top of the others he brought with him before handing them over to his friend so she could put them all away. Once they were, the pair bid the rest of their friends who were also at Pixie Hallow with them a quick see-you-later and with that, they were off to find themselves something to eat. “Bueno Nacho isn’t that far off from where we are, and it’s still early in the afternoon so there might not be too many people there?” Bobble suggested, only to frown when he consider that there might not be too much of a veterinarian option for Prilla outside of a salad and regular nachos. “Or, how about Tiana’s? Certainly, she must have a lunch special for this hour that we could try?” ··

     “That sounds great!” Prilla looped her arm through Bobble’s as they walked, but with her springing step, it seemed almost more like she was trying to pull him along in her excitement. While she wouldn’t have minded nachos at all, Tiana’s Place did present more options—and most importantly, a dessert menu, which she was bold enough to order off of even at lunch hour. She was ready for something delicious to feed her brain after studying so hard, and glad that she had a friend willing to come along as well. “You don’t mind going to Tiana’s, right?” she confirmed to make sure he wasn’t going out of his way to indulge her. “It’s a little farther than Bueno Nacho, but a healthy walk is always good for us! And we can just skip if we want to go faster...”

TJ had certainly come to some sort of a conclusion that he had dug himself into a hole, one that wasn’t easy to climb out of now. The more he thought about everything. The more he realized how stupid this all was. At least she was nice about everything. Wasn’t completely running for the hills or anything. “UH.. yeah sure. I mean if you don’t mind. I don’t think I could ever get tired of pizza. One would think eventually I would, but nah..I’m TJ by the way.”

     “It’s nice to meet you, TJ. I’m Prilla,” she greeted, introducing herself with a smile that hoped to make him feel more comfortable. He seemed to be feeling a bit awkward, and she wondered if it was her fault in any way—whether it was or wasn’t, she knew a way to get anybody’s spirits up, but it would come across very strange if she just started applauding out of nowhere, so she had to pick her moments whenever it would be appropriate. Until then, she would just make conversation like a normal person. “What kind of vegetable toppings do you have here?”

There was limited things that Randy knew to do when trying to keep himself out of trouble, one of them being exercise. Whether it is in the gym, at home or outdoors, any form of physical activity was a great way to keep Randy focused. It had been awhile since he went on a jog around town, especially when he had been avoiding seeing people for awhile, but it was a nice change of pace for him. Running past someone who was walking in the opposite direction, he was so focused on his breathing that he didn’t notice that the pavement was uneven, tripping on the lifted crack in the ground and landing on his side. He felt fine, nothing majorly hurt besides a minor scrape on his leg, but there was someone already running to his aid. “Yeah, I’m fine,” he attempted to reassure her, but she was already pulling out an entire first aid kit for him. “Oh shit, thanks,” he replied, picking a random band-aid to cover the scrape. “You carry a first aid kit with you everywhere? That’s low-key impressive.”

Honestly, Fawn was impressed the other had sat as still as she did. It was a bit of a shocker, but that just meant Fawn had to make up for keeping her sitting still. Laughing as she got up she nodded softly.  “We can do both! I’m sure I have a few friends along my favorite path that would love to meet you! Did we wanna grab a drink or something? Snack? I sorta help you hostage in sitting for awhile, huh?”

     “Yes!” Prilla jumped up, the idea of a snack finally too much for her to bear sitting politely any longer; she clapped her hands, automatically spreading her excited energy into the atmosphere. Fawn must know her too well at this point, and that food was always on the forefront of her mind, even when they were discussing what other activities they should be doing. “What do you want? We could get bubble tea! That’s like a drink and a snack all in one.”

Vidia was not a tea party type, but when it came to Prilla she had a really hard time saying no. She was always soft on the girl but lately things felt….different. Vidia had shrugged it off because there was no way she was developing a crush or something stupid like that; she was always direct in her feelings. But this time she couldn’t really make it out. She liked seeing Prilla happy, she was protective, but she was like that with all of her other friends….right? Sort of. Hearing her friends voice fill the entire room up Vidia gave a sort of half smile in the girls’ direction before looking at the tea. “Umm…Whatever sounds best, dear. I don’t really know. I’ve never had tea like this before…”

    The revelation that Vidia had never had tea like this blew Prilla’s mind, and it was all she could do not to spill the tea she was pouring in her jolt of surprise. “Never? Well, it’s a good thing I invited you over today! We need to fix that at once.” Gently placing the teapot down, she moved onto pouring a dash of milk into each cup, and added a couple spoonfuls of sugar for good measure before passing Vidia her teacup and saucer and taking her own. She waited eagerly for the other to take her first sip, quickly adding, “Let me know if you’d like more sugar. I also have honey.”
